The Assassin's Sentinel PA + Cryo meta isn't cheating, but it's boring PvP and when two equally equipped players fight it comes down to consumables and a long fight. The health bar isn't showing what's really happening. If they are out of SB you can use VATS Crits headshots to kill them unless they are stacking their armor. Stacking is cheating and you can check it with Awareness.
Thats exactly what's happening here. Food builds are very hard to kill when they're poppin those quantum's! This is what PVP has become and it's very sad. Best method is to not engage them.
@@cyberhawk99 Quantums are part of the game and plentiful from the collectrons, consumables are part of PvP. It's just that Assassin's Sentinel PA has made it Pay To Win.

Most griefers you run into will use this setup. Assassins Sentinel Power Armor can be tough to get thru without the right setup. Cryo damage is usually what you have to use to kill ppl kitted out for pvp since the most cryo resistance you can have is 125 with the bonus cryo on a full set of armor. Most ppl trying to grief are usually super stacked with consumables and spamming stealth boys as well. There’s specific builds that can still one shot other players no matter what armor or perks they have, but then they end up accusing you of cheating and raging so it’s usually not worth engaging with them in the first place unless you’re like me and having some kid scream and cry in game chat cause he spent hours farming quantums and buff items just to get one shot makes you chuckle.
@@dominicmorones8314 It’s not even really a build. They just did a really bad job balancing shotguns. If you get at least 100% extra crit damage from any source a decent shotgun can 1shot with a crit. It’s just a game of waiting for their stealth boy to run out and hitting them with a crit before they pop another. Barring that you can always throw a pulse mine/grenade and crit that to kill them if they’re stealthed up. For that it’s extra crit damage and the explosive perks, just be aware you’ll probably kill yourself too lol.
@@moonblaede people already have in the comments but I will say it again. Assassin sentinel power armor , cryo and flamer. All the points you have pinned literally have no foundation. You say he cheats but his build is literally a pvp build specifically meant for pvp. Your radium rifle won’t do anything against him especially when he’s popping quantum’s every second.
Essential pvp items. Pvp armor, stealthboys. Maxed out didgy and secret agent. Nuka quantum and canned coffee. That's all I really use. Don't need the extra chems
One significant reason I shelled out for Fallout First was because of the cretins also known as griefers. It means I can take over a work bench, something which is occasionally a daily or weekly challenge. When I was low level, not on First, more than a few times I took over a workshop for a challenge and was griefed by ultra high level sc00m. They'd wait, invisible, when the inevitable event came up to defend the workshop then do a one-shot kill before I even knew they we there. It's the one time someone can force PVP on you even if you have pacifist selected. Somehow they were invisible to the eye and on the map, with no name tag marker or arrow showing where they were, so I didn't knwo anything until I was dead. It was such an annoyance that I stopped taking over workbenches for over a year and, if I did, I didn't go anywhere near them when they were attacked. As a friend of mine said, they were obviously living such sad lives that assassinating an unsuspecting low level player was their main pleasure for the day. Now I stick to private worlds when the workshop challenge comes up. On the plus side the legacy weapons they were using seem to have gone for the time being.
Same,some people on PS4 FO76 are thirsty for PvP. I'd assume this game was friendly - from free stuff at the start from someone and a few people along the way. Also on Reddit the game gets a lot of praise for how friendly the game is. I got told "welcome to the wasteland" when I got killed by a random on a workshop. I thought nothing much of it, because he probably never got plat on fallout 4 like I did, or played other Bethesda games. I'm a builder type of player, I really enjoy the PvE side of 76. It's quite easy to avoid these types of players, don't claim workshops on public sessions and don't accept duels.
It's a tactical retreat and if u hadn't noticed, the guy is insta killing me, hard to get proof if its just a video of me dying without putting rounds into him
Any one been running In to an issue where you will down some one, and as they are downed they can still move around and shoot but take no damage at all?

Well actually ur toxic and go after people who aren't trying to pvp, you stalk and bully people until they get tired of you so they finally initiate pvp so u can get your rocks off, using a lazy effortless build that takes no skill.
No cheating, just good armor and perks. I think its kinda shitty that you reported him though. Just because someone is better at something than you are doesn't mean they're cheating. And for those saying a level 70 shouldn't have all that armor yet, you guys do know that people use multiple characters, right? So, you can mule plans, weapons, armor, etc. through another one of your characters. I think the real key here is to find out what makes these guys so good at pvp and try to duplicate it. Maybe ask them what armor or buffs they use, most players will be more than happy to help you out, if you talk to them as a decent person.
Maybe so as far as the asking nicely, but this is like the hundredth pvper that I've initiated with and they all stay silent off mic... It's a tight knit group who have nothing better to do than bully and troll players...
They especially like to do this crap when unsuspecting players complete boss events like the scorchedbeast queen where pvp initiated immediately after the event and then they rob u of all your stable flux.
@@moonblaede do you play with pacifist on or off? I play pacifist on and I've never had any of the issues you just described. Try that and see if it helps.
I've never come across anyone like this. Only at lvl 55 but still. I've only come across great players who are kind and nice. It's one of the more enjoyable parts about this game
He's using a Cryolator and those things are broken.. most people don't have cryo-protection to withstand an attack from them... he is also running a mod on his armor that saves him from death regularly.. I run a suit of Assasins Utracite with a stim pack mod on the chest.. it almost won't let me die to normal weapons. he isn't cheating, just using really good protection.. before i learned about that shit I figured these guys were in god mode. GF staying out of his kill zone though..
So the bedesda give to players legal godmode to griefing others players but don't explain clearly what about pvp or pve armor and how to get or to find or to buy and what happens if tomorrow Someone publish godmode glitch? They fix the glitch or they fix the game ? Pvp in this game is a big joke

ESA armor is still useful probably what they're wearing. However if you use Cold shoulder you can literally freeze them. Won't kill them but might lag them out.

He's likely not cheating. Sentinel Assassin PA is damn strong, especially when you're decently spec'd heavy build. Not saying I like it. In my opinion, Bethesda adding legendary PA and a damage cap were the worst things to happen to PVP in this game. Combine that with the fact that Bethesda allows aid spamming and you get a completely soulless pvp experience. As awful as the bugginess was in the first couple years of this game's life, it was the absolute best for pvp combat. I miss melee, shotgun and rifleman builds. It was fun and actually skill based.
Hes likely not cheating, its just the pvp in this game, a set of assassins and a stealth boy will make you nearly unkillable which is why alot of people doing pvp dont use stealthboys anymore. The way 76 pvp is setup completely contradicts the overall player base, most people are nice and kind and are willing to help you out, while the way to initiate pvp is rude and annoying. They need to bring back nuclear winter it was the only good pvp in 76.
Yeah that's not hacks. I have friends just as tanky as him. With the right cards and legends on your armor you can survive most anything. And how you calling him a p**** when you were the one running away the whole time?

I might not have a better build but I lost him twice if u didn't notice, if I had his tanky build and not in PA this would have ended way differently. But I don't have the time to completely figure this out because I have a job and can't spend all day everyday figuring this out....
Its miss leading because you get the damage feedback looks like his health bar but when you use the perk dogey it shows his ap bar jiggling u probably not even damaged him yet for real. I can take full clips before my ap runs out and it refreshes as u reload. Never even have to stimy.
I was recently playing and got attacked in a workshop while trying to sign off… when I attempted to retaliate I dropped right through the map and my power armor was disassembled so I couldn’t even fast travel somewhere else. No such thing as FairPlay in the wasteland, I guess…
Nah. He ain't cheating, it's the pvp meta. He's not the toxic one in the video either the guy filming and using obscenities is. UGK was just looking for some pvp. Just because someone enjoys pvp and mechanics that are in the game doesn't make them toxic, it's how you talk to people that makes you toxic or not.
Grinds my gears that Bethesda considered Legacy weapons “overpowered” when you have armor like this. It’s next to impossible to kill someone. Draw the line somewhere gahdahm.
PvP is part of the game. If you don't want to do it, just turn on pacifist mode. He isn't cheating, he just has a good PvP set up, most likely a full set of Sentinel armor, and lots of quantums
As I know there is no point to use stuff with high damage (like you used a nuka-grenade), because damage output in pvp always limited to 111 per shot (or per projectile, idk). And after i saw what quantum nuka cola is capable of in terms of pvp combat, i stopped even think about pvp with anyone :D Pvp in 76 in such a dumb condition for now. Lets see what developers have in mind about it later this year i guess. tldr: guy wasn't cheating, game has dumb mechanics

He is using sentinel armour. It has 75% chance to have 15% less damage from humans. Its pvp armour. He will have a full set. Its virtually impossible to beat him if you don't have the same armour for protection.

you dident get him low the Pa he is using is super tanky its so good that its bugged but it not showing the dmg he is staying at full hp tje full time.
Clearly a hack, there are programs out there that can manipulate the game like that such as the bloatfly infinite syringer files, he may be using the infinite health file. I myself have used said programs to give new players thousands of levels.

Using intended game mechanics certainly isn't cheating. Can't tell if dude is utilizing a glitch or a program to keep from dying but if not that's on Bethesda, not him.

He's not cheating assassin's sentinel PA with spamming nuka quantum and cryolator is the best for pvp . I saved this build for some players like this dude instead cryolator i use cold shoulder swapping with assassin's 50crit 25less vats cost plasma caster

These players are close knit and very tight lipped about their precious builds... They farm unsuspecting players at random times as well as at the end of boss events to rob them of their valuable flux and junk, and also at times just to bully people. I apologise that I have a real job and don't have all day to experiment finding the laziest build that requires no skill to play and troll players who "don't know how to play the game"

How does their health go to 5% Tho and still survive with all damage? I see people explaining power armor and buffs but there’s no way people can survive that. Even me with bloodied or full health builds enough damage the health will always drop
The lower is health goes the more strong he becomes he's pretty much taking no damage because of his mods ledgendry effects and cards some things will remove 70% damage

Then there's all the buffs /food, chems, quantum, magazines ,bobbleheads he's using and then the rolls on the weapon. Just beacause YOU don't know how the game works doesn't make HIM a cheater.
Apparently u can mass consume quantum nuka colas, but i know i still did enough damage that he shouldnt have come back like that.Old video tho, i quit playing fallout because of players like this....
