I honestly think they should rotate the items in the mutated packs every few months. Increase the drop rate of the plans that are exclusive to the packs then rotate some in and those out. Same thing with the legendary weapons in the packs.
Thank you for shining a spotlight on what matters rather than Bethesda's usual wall of B.S. nobody cares about in the patch notes. Especially cringe when they throw jokes in. This is a rated M game for adults. We are not children.
Bottim line. If everyone is using a weapon, it gets nerfed. If we find something useful like turbofert, it never gets fixed. If something was fixed, it will be unfixed with the next patch. Bethesda hates the players.
@@FalloutKurier6 Need another nerf then? 2 Shot Nuka Launcher and anything else 2 shot has been rendered useless. I will never understand why a 2 shot weapon divides the damage between the two instead of doubling the damage. I am not surprised the Nuka Launcher has been nerfed. It was outside of the mediocre range, so it had to go.
I have not been getting plans in my party packs, so I have been holding them hoping they get fixed. I likely know them all and it does not want to drop duplicates.
Question?when are the mutated packs gonna get rare clothes? I have been saving them for awhile now waiting to open them and r should I just open them now please help
It's almost like Bethesda is making fun of players when they talk about 'meet expectations' and keep nerfing stuff left and right. Anything that makes players feel satisfying is nerfed to mediocrity and often uselessness.
@@user3315is not about being hard or easy. It's about fun. Will never forgive them for what they did to the Gauss Shotgun. Alien pistol getting picked by players? Can't have that, nerf into the ground. Gauss shotgun being good? No way, gut the range and the damage but keep the gauss weapon bug, no need to fix that. Cold shoulder? Split the damage even more and lower the total. RR? Gut fire rate. Buffing shotguns? Rifleman? Nah... no need...
I think that lantern is in one bundle already available, too bad I got no atoms nor really interest in rest of stuff there as I like that lantern alone, power emiter generator probably will work same as that box generator set I assume, if radius will be bigger or smaller I dont know but those box generators are already best just as they are decently small (especially considering fusion one), look well and are completely silent as far I noticed anyway, and no smokes, light or other effects with perks and other changes, I assume they will wait for next update, I still wait for remaining employees to milepost, and I cant get Ineke snowball thing still (or I dont know what of glozilion dialogues she got gives it out)
imho the Nuka Launcher nerf that was bought in atomic shop is equivalent to fraud. people payed money for it. either compensate for the now worthless weapon or revert the nerf/make it as strong again.
Two Shot in Launchers was "balanced" on the PTS. It was dealing unintended damage bonus. Now it just deals the +25% as intended. It was always illogical, why a bloodied launcher was dealing less damage than a two shot. That change just made it from the pts to the live version in the last patch.
One big difference is that fallout 76 is currently very easy while helldivers got too hard unless you were using the meta. Nerfs in general aren’t a problem, and balancing should work towards keeping things in line and fun for other players even if that means nerfs. That said, fo76 really isn’t doing a good job with balancing recently imo outside of the vats crit and railway nerf last update. The auto axe killing bosses in seconds needs a nerf to avoid ruining boss events for everyone else and that’s really the only nerf needed rn, but instead they ignored that and nerfed a bunch of very off meta stuff like Gatling laser, laser rifles, TSE weapons, and launchers.
The V63 Carbine's VATS damage is VERY broken on PS5. The damage numbers show up correctly, but doesn't do any damage. Out of VATS, the damage works fine, but in VATS, ZERO damage transfer...
You said no changes to mutated packs, and then you said there are no asylum dresses. I thought they just added dresses back to the drop pool recently? So are you saying they removed the asylum dresses again??
They gas light us before and so the dresses never made it to live game, now, they are datamined to be added for a second time, I’m assuming in Decembers new season since the change did not make it today. Or next season, will be the 2nd time they gas light us with these dresses. lol
