i will be interested to see how my creamators fair with this update. I wonder if my bloodied is now going to significantly outperform my anti armor with the dot being increased
Did some quick testing, it seems now you will want the Heavy Barrel on and def the slow burn tank, the heavy got a big buff to compensate for the decrease in explosive damage. Multi barrel, while still strong, is more of a tagging barrel now, but that DOT now is pretty amazing…but don’t get me wrong imo there was no need for them to mess with it so soon especially since many considered a huge win and home run for Bethesda and with this “fix” we now have nerfed cryolators as well.
With how many PA’s are in the game now they definitely need to increase the 5 PA display limit. We literally get to place 30 weapon displays but only 5 total armor displays shared between normal armor and PA? Shits ridiculous, I don’t get why they can’t just combine the weapons and armor caps together. I’d happily sacrifice some weapon displays for more armor displays.
I wonder if they'll ever fix the bug that makes my character freeze in place when trying to get in my power armor. It happens way too often and it's super annoying
i bet a majority of the gb for the update is atomic store stuff to sell to capitalize on the hype of fallout. Which I'm cool with although my wallet wont be lmao

Glad you had read them and yeah the way things compile and add up are crazy. The real crazy thing is to think about how they are all just 1s and 0s that add up like that you know.
I am glad they are getting that fixed for new players because I have just used presets for my new characters so I never really realized it was an issue. 🤘
The flamer has been broken from the beginning. If you change the nozzle to anything other than stock, (ie vaporization nozzle) you lose distance. That's why my legacy was so nice there was no problems with them.
5 years later and still basic fixes with some of the most basic left out...i love Bethesda games but good God are they the most incompetent developers.
What fixes are you talking about wanting to get fixed? Usually developers read comments on channels so feel free to address the issues that you would like fixed.
Then maybe instead of complaining in comment sections you should write it to the devs. Or talk about it in their streams. They can’t solve issues when people are just blatantly complaining in a random comment section man

That isn't a bug. If you put atomic shop paint on items and then drop it the game will ask you if you are sure because you can't drop items that are painted with what the game considers atomic shop paint. You will notice the atom symbol next to the item and if it has it then it won't let you drop the item.
It is why the servers are down across all of the systems. The updates can take a few hours but hopefully it will be back by the daily reset here at 12pm Eastern.
The consoles really needed the update. My wife is playing FO4 on the Xbox and she is loving the update. I downgraded because my game wasn't running right with the update on pc.
The launch of the game was the time that folks swore away from it but with the release of the TV show folks have given it a chance and really enjoy their time in the game.
@@Fargassier Ah that explains it. I came here wondering if a recent patch/update had transformed the game drastically to where it’s much more fun now (similar to what they did with FFXIV).
The game has come a long way since release. There have been huge updates to the game for the past 6 years so now is def. a great time for players to be experiencing Fallout 76 for the first time. Especially since we are about to have a map expansion this year. I remember playing FFXIV at launch and folks have been trying to get me to come back to play some.
@@Fargassier I'm glad to hear that it has greatly improved since launch rather than left to die like what befell The Avengers and Suicide Squad. I haven't been keeping tabs on it since they first added NPC support lol.
The map expansion that you are talking about is on the Public Test Server. That isn't the public server so not all PC players have access to that yet. The map expansion will come out at the same time for every system. 🤘
I have fiber optic and because of all these new players. The game is lagging so f****** bad it crashes constantly it's hard to get anything done let alone doing an event without some newbie Fanboy fan girl of the show come in and start an event instantaneously especially during mutation events thank you for screwing up the last two weeks of gameplay
We all started without a lot of knowledge of how things work in 76 so give them time and be patient. It is a great time to show them why this community is amazing and helpful.

but the game it is laggy because i dunno, my vga is not max out yet, my cpu is not max yet, but the game always drop to 40 fps in some city i have rig i7 10700 GTX 1660 supper with 16 GB ram and still the game laggy
Imagine crying about new bandwagoneers to join the community relax dude it's a trend in couple months they'll phuck on somewhere to the new trend game it's like that with all games be happy the community is growing tho the real ones will stay while the trending sheep go onto the next.
They need to work on building. Allow the placement of items such as fences to be raised and lowered as you place them. Also, they need to give more snap points to the top or bottom of items such as foundations so we don't have floating bases on hilly terrain. They also need to increase stash weight to about 5k for a start.
I know John Rush talked about some stuff being done for builders this year in an article they wrote so I am excited to see what they come up with. As to the stash weight we started with 400 at launch so it going from 1200 to 5000 I don't think we will see but I would love it to go to 2400 this year for players.
@@Fargassier The stash weight wouldn't be so bad at 1200, if it actually worked. If you put weapons on display on wall mounts, the weight is still taking up space inside the stash box. They need to fix it more like each container has it's own weight limit.

I have pretty much every heavy weapon I've found on a display because they look cool and one day I'll run a heavy weapons build and I don't know which one I'll want to use at that point. Also having a fat man, a mirv and a missle launcher on hand just for fun is cool.
Also I bet the stash thing is similar to blizzard limiting stash space in Diablo 4 because every item you have is on the server in an Excel spreadsheet and the entire server loads all your items on the server with everyone else's so lots of items in the server = lag for everyone perhaps?@@steelrarebit7387
@@steelrarebit7387 the only problem with that is that displays would effectively become stash expansions, which would make us use camp budget as storage. At that point, we might as well just have NO limit (which i would be all for, but it would throw off balance as weight reduction perks would have less impact leading to more build homogenization)

I dont have any of the plans but I manged to pick up a full set off the ground by returning to Eviction Notice and grabbing ones that spawned from corpses when they disappeared.
I don’t care about an update if they didn’t fix why my game keeps crashing like 5 times a damn day… I love playing this game im a new player but it bothers me that my game crashes a lot and im not the only one with this issue..
@@Quevard Im not playing 76 on my pc im playing it on a PS5 since that’s what my friends have I still think this should not be happening at all there’s games bigger than Fallout that I’ve never had issues running on the PS5 don’t know why only Fallout is the only title I’ve ever had an issue with on this console…

Yeah there damn updates. Been grinding hard lately then bam another update i have dsl and it literally takes days of non stop downloading to download this freaking updates. Yeah good and all for sure but games update now so much i dont have one game that doesnt have a update stopping me from playing. Not to mention my tv is all streaming so want to watch tv pause. Damn mortal kombat finally downloaded one large update took a long long time go to play needs to update..do that update then you guessed it another update gave up started playing 76 im sure by time i go back to mortal kombat i got a month of downloads yep while i typed all that 76 just hit 0.5 percent! Welp my relaxing gaming times gone for awhile
Sorry that you are going through that. I have a buddy in the same boat and he said he misses the times when we got games and there was no update needed.
I hope they fixed it where I can actually build the union power armor have all the plains. I got it off of the scoreboard when it was available, but I had it built, but I accidentally scrapped a piece of it and the plants are not showing in my build mini when I go to build power armor so I couldn’t rebuild it so right now I’m using the x0-1
I was wondering if Mr. Walker goes away permanently if you kill him or just for a certain amount of time? I took out all the killer dogs he was 'walking around' Morgantown, but it looked like he was wandering around looking for more doggies to take for walks.....
the union pa breaks almost every update , like how many times does it need to bug out in order for them to fix it . I dont even grind for it on new characters because i know its just going to break again . N thats a real shame
The way I look at it folks took the time to write a question or comment so it would be rude not to respond. I generally set aside about an hour or so after work before I edit or stream to go through the comments each day. 🤘
I think there are a few of us that hope that as well. Thankfully for me the raider quest never fully bugged out more than just not being able to progress the story and restarting the game fixed it.
I see from the list they not fixed the bug with the Enclave laser door in needing to open it twice. While I know about it, but seeing newer players struggle to open the door... lol
That has been a long standing bug where sometimes the doors have to be opened twice. I have submitted a report about that and I always suggest players to suggest the bugs that they encounter.
I just played (use them for my base) and I don't think this has been fixed. Will check again later and update. EDIT - NOT fixed. Still broken. (Enclave three laser door)
@eldonb5131 yeah must have been a fluke as they are doing it again. Pd I have the solid beam laser doors which are also impacted. Wounder if the new Zetan laser doors do it also?
Returning to the game after 4-5 years. Do you know if they fixed the bug where if you scanned yourself in the excavator PA on said mission it wouldn't give you the blueprint to make your own? I was wearing a gifted set but wanted the blueprint for crafting abilities and never got the chance lol.
I read yesterday on the Bethesda Discord that the posters for the Miner Miracles isn't working right now. I would def. check it out to see if it is working for you.
I keep hearing people talk about not being able to get union plans... personally i just kept picking the different parts up off bodies and got my set. Are you guys saying you cant do that anymore?
If a player has it in there loot pool then it will be on the ground after it gets turned into a bag was the old method and I can't verify if it still works or not. I always try to tell people when I have a piece on a body that I can't pick up.
So if it drops from someone else and they dont pick it up when the enemy bodys despawns from everyone traveling away it will just throw items all over the ground. That is how I got my full set, I kept going to Eviction Notice long after the event ended and searching the area for LEgendaries.
I heard they were tweaking damage fall offin PTS, specifically noticable for things like shotguns. Curious if that actually made it in with these fixes
We will def. have to wait and see. I know there was talk about pipe rifles and such as well so it will be some testing for sure when everything is live. I will be watching to see what Turtle comes up with in the lab. 🤘
I didn’t even have an alien blaster that was god tier, or with science. Now the weapon is worse with science then before I had it with the nerf, even when I didn’t have demo expert on it because I didn’t know about that effect, like now it’s so awful I can’t even use it in cool moments, basically a fodder gun.
"Fixed an issue with Buried Treasure not properly completing." About time, I reported this years ago. It's a main quest it should have never taken this long.
But what about the random crashing after this update? I waited a long time to play Fallout 76 because I wanted to avoid the bugs but there are still so many.
I am hoping the team fixes the issues with the console versions crashing as often as they do. I know there are bugs in the game but glad to see them getting sorted.
One thing they also need to add is the ability to label your power armor chassis, because I have 3 now and 1 was for a mission. Unless you put them on display, it’s hard to determine which one is the one you want to use at that moment.
It can take a few hours for the servers to come back up but they will be back up. I will make a community post when I see the announcement of them coming back up. 🤘
I would suspect that is a issue with the console side on your end potentially registering the wrong side. I know it used to happen to me when I played some games on the PS4 but I haven't had that issue since switching to PC.
That happens on console sometimes when a game gets updated. My update on the PS5 was on right there at 20GB but sometimes it will want to install the game again.
Sometimes the consoles redownload the whole game. My update on the PSN didn't download the entire game this time and it is something I never experience on the PC.
I hope they fixed the buried treasure quest where u have to meet up with Johnny. I want to finish the wastelanders questline so I can actually beat the main questline.
Let me know how the fix works for you and once you have made the choice to raid the vault with the raiders or settlers you aren't able to restart that mission unless you start a new character. I deleted the message that the person had because we don't allow talk of exploits on this channel.

They didn't steal it there was a bug that made it unavailable as of right now. There are plenty of players who are wanting it back and trust me I understand the frustration of not being able to craft the set to use. I am always fearful I will scrap the helmet by accident and lose access to my set until they bring it back. Hopefully it will be back soon.

I do see lots of people complaining about your helmet ALWAYS showing under new ( hence why I no longer have UNION )....but if we don't all crap out pants on every single platform then bethesda just wouldn't worry. Well it isn't that they have taken it like you said, there was a bug in the game where no one unless it was already crafted has it available to them. I do wish they would change how the helmet shows up under new.
Do you think the private world should get a rework? Im a bit new to the game, but i feel like the vendors in a private world should have unlimited caps since you're not relying on other players buying the weapons or gear that you dont want.
Well that system could be gained and would ruin the in game caps economy if they did something like that.
