i have 5 characters over lvl 100, so i can produce a maximum of 30 modules per day. Obviously i can't play all day, but normally i can get 15-20 modules. i never reroll items, i always craft a new one so i can use the bad rolls to earn script the next day. So i usually play earle-queen-earle-queen-earle-sheep with one different character everyday. I'm using 3 characters at the moment, so instead of having a lot of cores in only one character, i have the cores split in 3 different characters so i have a more balanced number of modules vs cores.
Module costs and/or earn rates could very easily be tweaked by either changing amounts on either end or adding them to drop pools, so that's a problem I could see being solved without too much effort.
@@LoneVaultWanderer After playing around with Led. crafting I am down to my 6 moduals/day. Which is fine. I had 60 saved up and rolled some fixers and handmades. But I am now back to rerolling SS armor.
I havent touched this game in a whiles but I near watch every guide video that pops up cause at some point imma get my teeth back in and the end game look on 76 seems fun.
i always wonder if it affects the stealth mode. i never had a problem with staying stealthy when the game came out, even with my pip-boy light always on. I started playing again after over a year or two and now i am instantly detected when shooting while my light is on.
@@freakypedia8524 I’m not sure tbh. However, if the mechanics worked the way they should (keeping in mind this is a Bethesda game. lol), a BRIGHT light on your wrist SHOULD attract the attention of nearby enemies. Worth testing though

It's been so good seeing much more players at the less popular/usually dead events. Free Range, Feed the People and Guided Meditation have a new burst of life. Also seeing encrypted popping up more often is great fun. The legendary power armour is killing my stash space however..
@@LoneVaultWanderer Good advice, early game we could store all our fusion cores on one chassis too, that was cool. A few AFK'ers today, mostly higher level players surprisingly. I'm very happy with this update, the best yet aside from Wastelanders. Only problem has been server interruption down to dupers again, I'm sure you're aware. Imo it's a great update, sadly we are gonna get short on leg modules, hopes beth fix this and allow some grind, like legendary enemy drop leg mod since only 300 script for 6 mod, it's technacly one 3 stars roll per day
Daily reminder: Modules should be repeatably grindable, not locked behind the daily scrip cap. Even with doing all the daily quests, each toon can only get enough to roll one, maybe two, 3 stars a day. A gameplay loop around getting modules and cores to craft legendaries that isn't soft capped by scrip would keep me playing for hours and hours, instead I log off once I hit my scrip limit for the day. And no, the 35% chance for a handful of scrip from Daily Ops is not it. Alternatively, scrip could become an account based currency, so you could pool the daily 300 scrip from each toon you have and use it on the one you need it on.
The module bottleneck was totally overlooked in this update, already been seeing a lot of frustration in posts about it. glad I saved plenty up prior to the update.
Encriptid, on top of being the easiest to trigger, can be done with just 5 min cooldown unlike nukes (3h) - u just need a private server/someone with private
I didn’t know about what those boards were for. Know I know I’ll be buying lots of boards to turn into keys. I go no where without my vampire fast firing weapons, learnt that from dying in Wes Tec farming. Peace
It appears that you were sneaking with your pip-boy light on so that made you the prime target. Whenever your in sneak mode with the light on no matter how many targets are around, your the one the enemy is coming for. 🤖🔦☠ Love the encrypted event. Wish more players did it more often.
I don't think cores are going to be the farming issue... The modules are going to be the more limiting factor in crafting since you can only get so many per day, 6 from the scrip machine maybe 7 if you do allot of dailies too. Like with Wastelanders and bullion once people collect a ton of the cores the events will return to ghost towns. They overdid the diminishing returns and the modules required should be the same as crafting SS armor.
I was just trying to join the brotherhood and I passed a place where an event was going on and they finished it in time where I was walking through long enough and got 3 legendary cores and that was the first time getting them
I've been watching someone for a while here on RU-vid and I noticed that they had tons of both to be able to craft all these legendary items, used them all up and then two days later they had hundreds more and I'm like how the heck is that possible? 🤨 I can't do encrypted because every time I do I either freeze or it lags out so bad that I'm still hearing the gunfire from the event after it's over and I'm back at my camp 😂 🙄 so I never even do that one. Earl is okay but the part of Earl that I don't like is escaping the mine. Freak sakes I run out of AP so I'm panting, struggling, out of breath like I am IRL running up my stairs from doing laundry 🙄 trying to run up the tracks and out of the mine. Seriously have to put my in-game self on a diet. I think I've been hanging out at my diner too much eating too many weird steaks from my Ally 😂 I'm going to be a late bloomer to legendary crafting.

I crafted a unyielding covert armor arm yesterday but it had regenerate radiation damage when not in combat for the 2nd star. Lol. Kind of a useless attribute on Unyielding armor. Luckily a few tries later I re rolled it to Unyielding with Limb damage and perception.
Legendary Cores aren't the issue it is Legendary Modules that are the real grind. But it isn't as bad as it could have been if we didn't get the currency buff.
Hotfix the other day _supposedly_ addressed the exploit where they limited dupers from using the “Repair All” feature in the CAMP that included Tesla traps (I’m not sure the details, just know they were using the rollback to cheat the legendary crafting system, but it was REALLY easy to spot who was duping due to all the traps placed in their CAMP). However, doing a bit of snooping around on some unsavory YT channels that promote a bunch of garbage websites where you buy FO76 weapons with real money (RMT) …. dupers have a couple other “workarounds” and talked of getting server lag from said methods and being kicked in some of the comments. Some talking about how “certain methods still work”, so they’re still going at it. Just the new method is supposedly being kept more under wraps so they can continue crashing servers just a little less in hopes Bethesda doesn’t patch it (as if that makes it any better). I really don’t understand why people like that bother playing this game if all they want to do is cheat, dupe, and one-shot everything with zero challenge all while complaining about how the game is just soooo boring if they don’t, never bothering to think they did that to themselves.
Something I never thought of before because I don’t have Electric Absorption is, will the electricity regenerate you health when you’re in PA? I know that the Imposter Sheepsquatch will heal you when it attacks, but I’ve never heard anyone mention the Pylons.
@@gonozal8_962 what I was asking is about the electric charge coming from the pylons. My question was, if energy damage heals you, and electricity is energy, with the electricity you get from the pylons heal you. I’ve never seen anyone test that

Camp tales can be anywhere from 2 to 7. So technically still a percentage chance and not a guaranteed number, which is why it's in the first category :)
Modules rarely are also on the scoreboard, but most of the time it's buying them from the purveyor. You can server hop to refresh her stock, however. Scrip has a daily limit on turning in legos for, and daily quests reward scrip, but the only repeatable way is daily ops and even then it's not guaranteed.
When I was level seven a random player came up to me and gave me 500 legendary cores. I'm a level 170 and I have nearly a thousand cores. I didn't know what to do with them until literally a few days ago lol
But how do you “spend” Legendary Cores?! I have like 100 and I can’t sell, scrap or store them and they are weighing me down. I tried using them to make one of my weapons stronger but I don’t think the cores can do this on their own even.
Ok nice. quick question do you still get treasury notes as well as cores for rewards? And I think you had your pipboy light on that's why you could not sneak.
Yeah I forgot about the pipboy light while in the middle of recording unfortunately. You don't get treasury notes, you just get straight gold bullion :)
but what do i need them for? i have an abundance and legendary crafting i just have too many for as i get them often enough that even with getting my daily scrips and getting modules i have too many of them
I disagree about the best event (opinion). For me it's Free Range. The only downside is you can't spawn it at will, but it's easily soloable with good gear, it's fairly quick and guaranteed legendary at the end for scrip.
Very much a mileage may very situation. Back when I ground it for the fixer I was able to rapidly get it done because people played the event. It not being easily soloable means you're at the mercy of hoping for randoms. I more hate the pathing of the brahamin personally, although i still get it done.
buy gold bullion. limit was increased last patch, and about all of the best gear and their mods‘ blueprints (stealth suit, T65, SS armor, SS underarmor, Hellcat mods) cost much gold
I know this is off topic, but in the PTS, (At least I think you're in the PTS), you're still wearing the BOS backpack. Ever since this new update, mine has disappeared, did this happen to everyone or did mine glitch out? You seem to know everything, can you find an answer please?
Don't do daily op's, public events, seasonal events so it will be seasons. So season 6 or 7 when I return to the game (stopped playing June 15th) due to work. But will keep watching videos. Thanks.
I already have 400+ legendary cores but they're just useless because I have 0 legendary modules. I really think they should increase the amount of scrip you can get again or decrease the price of the modules
Purveyor was looking lonely earlier today.....why waste scrip on random roll(stalkers pipe pistol I'm looking at you😵) vs crafting or buying cheap weapon of choice and reroll legendary effect
I want the fixer plan. If I go into the adventure world and call the robot, will people join in? I've tried it by myself and get smoked as soon as I get the thing vulnerable.
Sometimes it's hit or miss, but I've found if you give it a couple minutes from when you trigger the event to show up on the map to actually starting it most of the time some will trickle in. This new farm might make it more likely of a large group.

I have no idea why they didn't allow u too change just the stats and not the class of gun. You are better off saving cores and modules going too vendor. Lost my bloody weapon thinking I was just rerolling stats. This wasn't what I thought it was gonna be . Why did they set it up that way ?
Depends on your approach. Treat it like you are hammering away at a side piece in the background that one day may yield what you want, but keep your main the same until then. That said, hopefully they address it in the future.
Why is everyone making a big deal about farming legendary cores, they are easy. No one is talking about the fact that unless you had legendary scrips stacked up before the update you can only get 8 legendary modules per day
@@dottietyre9062 are in running into the drop, normal people have dropped it on the border of the map the queen will still go to you, if your at the bunker area. You'll not get any rads from it. :)
@@dottietyre9062 yeah, definitely make sure the bunker isn’t covered by the nuke. Give yourself as much space to the northeast as possible. I had a problem with being over encumbered for the longest time until I realized there was a armor? station you can scrap all your weapons and stuff at north of the bunker on the side of a little building with aluminum siding if someone does have their BOS tent put up which has a tinker bench in it to scrap. 👍🏻 also you can always have extra perk cards to swap out to make weapon or armor weights lighter if you’re stuck and don’t want to drop anything. Having extra perks and not the perk points sucks, but walking slow to somewhere far is also terrible.
