This trick is great. Thanks. I didn't know there was a time limit between mutations, wasted a lot of healing and radaways because of that ignorance. But this saved a lot of time (which I already wasted) haha
@@smcfadden1992 Yes, its The Class Freak perk can also reduce the negative(s) by up to 75%. Its located in the Luck set. But this guy has 3 in luck, so I don't think he invested in that perk line. So minus 9 to strength period.
I invested in rank 3 since this video 😁 also I got stranger in numbers! Highly recomend that also!! Makes a huge difference and now all my specials are positive and most are +3
