You be shooting them before their spawn protection is up you be smart and let them shoot first and then you can Get a credit at that point you’re wasting it and it takes a few seconds longer to kill them
Not really. Most run explosive resistance and a ballistic weppon won't do much against anyone set up for pvp. Aa with ff and fr will be best. Quad works to but with the dammage cap depending on the gun ot won't do jack

@@ieatlemons288 stabilised and one gun army are great for heavy weapon builds. You do need to be in power armour though for Stabilised. Other than that your standard damage boosting cards. If its explosive grenadier to increase blast radius and demo expert to increase explosion damage. If you're using a pepper shaker, use both heavy and shotgun perks, but instead of using 3 perk slots for one increase damage spend 2 on a card and 1 on another ( example: instead of lvl 3 heavy weapons for 20%, use a lvl 2 heavy gunner and a lvl 1 expert heavy gunner for 25%) skeet shooter will make the pepper shaker more accurate and enforcer will be a great combo with one gun army

druggs mutations and radiation keeps your health very low on purpose because its for a 95% damage increase bloody builds are the only good builds in the game
This was my favorite game for a long time. First PVP game for me I’m into fallout but not online gaming. Deleted it after over 2,000+ hours of gameplay. I’ve been playing MWZ and if your into that post apocalyptic, open world free for all stuff then I would recommend that. They are 45 minute deployments where you can do contracts and stuff it’s pretty fun and the graphics are amazing!
Honestly pvp would be balanced if one banned exploiters and glitchers. Nerfed players in pvp exploiting nuka cola quantums and stacking it with super stims. Hard nerfing pepper shakers,chainsaws,hard nerf flame damage cryolators and plasma flame throwers,railwayrifle and blackpowder rifle 1 shot. Pvp is filled with 40 year old clowns who exploit and abuse 1 tap weapons. Majority of players with builds arent original. Always running 1 shot weapons or game breaking build like peppershaker heavy builds. Its wild when these guns are so busted that a assasin sentinel with that much dr cannot tank there shots at all on body shots. Then you get infinite vats off quantums with cola nut. Fo76 is gonna die the slow milking each update with no content patches shows how much they want the game to die. Wish theyd just revert the uodate energy resistance should of stayed a counter to elemental damage devs are stupid
Sorry to say, but if the response keeps being "nerf gun that can kill" soon we'll be completely out of weapons that can kill at the top level of pvp play, and you can't stack quantum's and super stims, they cancel out if you use the other, unless you just mean spamming in general which can never be fixed and is likely to stay

Just because things get nerfed doesnt mean all get nerfed. These weapons are a problem and is most likely your crutch. So you think being able to flat out 1 shot players for free with 0 effort is fair? I only mentioned what truly abused in pvp and flame throwers werent a issue until they messed with how resistance calculated damage making cryos flame throwers and plasmas broken. Power armor is another issue sense there isnt really a full counter for people using it. You basicly get to be bloodied and tanky at the same time. Eveb worse if your a pa sa power armor sense there is no head shot weakness at all. Pvp rn is filled with old griefing piece of crap who glitch and exploit who suck at the game. Nuka cola quantums gives like a crap ton of hp with its perk more then a super stim maxed with its perk. Btw if cola nut with cola quantums wasnt good i wouldnt see players chugging quantums. This would balance the game and make old trolls leave the game or stay and get pummeled by people who are better then them. Imagine pumping a full anti armor fixer into a clowns head? See there hp shoot all the way down not to die because nuka cola quantums is making them immortal? No way in hell super stims do the exact thing. Wanna know why? Because i have a crap ton of them these weapons just burn through it. No matter how much resistance you build fire/cryo/plasma will insta kill you and cryo is the worst 1 cause the devs r to dumb to just give armor based resistance to these things. Chain saws is used by glue eaters it doesnt require a good build and insta kills everything. Pvp blackpowder rifles 1 shot crit off a dragon shouldnt exist. Railway rifles should get nerfed it has been broken sense existence and stunlocka heavily compared to any rifle ive delt with. Peppershakers can be exploited sense its counted as a heavy and a shotgun. Its actually dumb to question why these weapons shouldnt get nerfed and say man you just want everything nerfed. Nah this is the bs dominating every pvp encounter. Legacys was the first step and now its time to cross out the weapons being exploited to instakill players in pvp. I could under stand if it did good damage like a glass cannon. But the fact your bullet sponging and gulping quantums on top of instakilling me is absolutely brain dead. The game is already stale endgamr and pvp is a way to living up the game. These guns shouldnt be that oppressive.

Chainsaws? Fixers? Or even pepper shakers? Do damage? Lemme tell you something, I haven't died to any of these in the past 6-8 months in this new meta and even when legacy's were out and have yet to even get me half health, they aren't even an issue at all in top play Have you PVPed in top level play? You haven't yet to mention pulses so I doubt it, they with the dragon are the main ways of killing and in fact can even be tanked within the right builds, so you can be literally unkillable I do wanna say, I see your points but I do also wanna say, you have none because when you get this games pvp, you will never die, ever, and if you'd like, we can get into a PS party to better bring our points and agree/disagree there's cause these paragraphs aren't really hitting

If you played everyday like i did 1 out of those months 1 of those guns WOULD kill you. How i know because majority of the guns ive stated can kill extremely fast or INSTA KILL. The people acting like there unphased are bums hoping around in power armor with duped sets they got from riding there friends who cheated for that gear. To add on top of that sipping cola quantums with very op power armor negating all the damage which isnt even a problem for me sense i shred them its the broken regen of nuka cola spamming and the fact you can vat forever without exhaustion. Lol so please before you come to me with this top lvl pvp bs. Ive been there and im sure ive killed half of them and thats people who use stims and not cola quantums. The people who use them with cola nut with duped armor they didnt work for or paid for those accounts are BUMS.
