There is no 250 point limit for campaign games outside of initial list building. When uou roll for upgrades you roll 2 dice and pick one result. Pretty sure you have forgotten confusion tests in your last several games. And learning to retreat is a good way to keep characters alive.

Need to require a squire for each knight. Seems 4 power armor models is easy mode.

Page 41, Crew Training. “Roll two dice and choose one to apply on the Training Table.” Page 33, Preparing to play. “1. Nominate Leaders. Each crew has a default Leader - a model with the Natural Leader Perk. If they do not have such a model, they must choose a Champion from their crew to act as the Leader for this Mission. If they do not have any Champions, they must nominate a Grunt instead.”

Pretty sure a weapon can only be upgraded once. Personally however I feel it should be possible to upgrade more but as per the rules it states "They can modify any number of weapons, but no weapon can be modified more than once"

They can't be upgraded more than once per story action and I think only champions can upgrade theirs more than once.
