you REALLY should do it. you can have up to 3 int to get the low int dialogues, and its totally worth losing the extra XP from int. Its a barrel of laughs having everyone treat you like a baby in a nuclear wasteland.
@@ChiefCrewin mine is usually 1S 4P 1E 10C 1I 10A 10L makes for a really fun hot gunslinger build who blows snot bubbles during conversations but fixes every problem by sleeping with everyone they meet. First two perks i get is always bisexuality

Gotta say I'm glad more people are getting into Fallout, I've been a fan since fallout 3 got it right after it came out through sheer luck that my mom let me since it was my money (the perk of mowing yards), and it's like it went from a niche rpg to being big even if thats caused changes.

Hay there Cyan, I get the same thing. Then walls in the nostrails or something the like. I DO know you DONT hold your head back, cause then you just swallo the blood which you don't re-absorb AND you can also accidentally inhale the blood while holding your head back and chock or it just ends up in the lungs...which COULD become a problem. Best way I have found is to put water (COLD) on the back of your neck while leaning over a sink or toilet (I don't judge you) and just let it flow until it slows down to a crawl, then note-up some TP and stuff it in your nose.

I always do 10 intelligence builds. Especially since I always play on Hardcore + Very hard and go after the bigger fish on low levels. You bet your ass I'm not letting any of those Giant Radscorpions near Goodsprings live. Doesn't matter I'm level 3.
They really should release another fallout game that acts as a sequel to 1,2, NV in 2025, it would be a great time since it’s written on the upside down photo in the opening.
If he is to play any DLC I beg for the Old World Blues, its the shortest with the best dark humor throughout. The others are amazing but they're quite the journey.

I recently starting playing it WITH MODS for the first time. A "vanilla+" kind of thing. Sprint mod, an enb, high res textures mod, and fallout 4 looting mod are essential for playability in 2024

I found it funny that you thought 1 int and 1 cha would make the game harder, especially with all that agility and luck, but you were absolutely right about it being funny.
Imagine this build but knowing how to stop hop because of low int high agility so the character just knows how to abuse the physics system. Like double jumping in real life but never questioning it.
Bloody nose tip I use a lot: fold a tissue 4 times and roll it up the other direction and plug it in your nose for 15-60 minutes and the bleeding stops
