Its 2 different revolvers, the one they show in all the firing sequences looks like a colt 1851 Navy revolver. the reloading scenes all feature what looks like a Colt Python. the 1851 Navy is a black powder pistol so it doesn't have the swing out cylinder like the Python. its just in there for looks.

Honestly I was a little dissapointed when I found out the character was never really a ranger ): but I still loved the season!:D

I just got back into Fallout recently (withing the last month) by starting with New Vegas and I got all of the Dlcs. And its probably one of the best games ive played in a while!
