I was falsely accused of various forms of abuse by my first girlfriend two years ago. She turned everyone against me took me to court. The trauma caused me to drop out of uni. Now I'm a tradie instead. I'm glad it happened though because I learnt a lot from it. As they say the toughest situations make the best lessons

I was 11 months in jail for false accusation until the court found me NOT guilty. No one apologized, i lost everything and the woman got away with it. Nothing happened to her at all. She lied and they took me out of the game, it can happen to YOU TOO!
Problem is they aren't legal in some states and if you do record people in those states any of the recording that you have to try and use as evidence can be dismissed. The courts in those states basically try and make it impossible for a man to defend themselves.
I offer another good option: stay single, keep your conversations with women public (or screenshot if that's the case) and go to prostitutes when you want to get your rocks off. If prostitution isnt legal where you live, you could buy a fleshlight aswell

A former employee of my father was accused by his wife at the time of molesting his own children (very similar to the example you're presenting). She then asked for a divorce, and tried to take half of what he had (not much). Well. He hung himself. Successfully. She did not take half of what he had, she took all he had, his life included. I would say I hope she's feeling guilty for it, but I don't think she does. She doesn't care, never has.
Ex-HR Manager here. Do not compliment women in the workplace. Make no comment whatsoever about her appearance. If she has shaved her head, is wearing a G string, bra and nothing else.. or a clown suit.. make no comment whatsoever. Keep your interactions 100% business-related. Do not mentor young women, gentlemen. Ever. Do not have meetings alone with female colleagues, unless you absolutely have to. And if you absolutely can't avoid it, meet in the open office area or a meeting room with glass walls (and open door). Do not venture any opinion whatsoever on politics, feminism or any other PC topic. Go to work. Do your job. Put in the required hours then get the hell out. Work is not a social circle. Those days are gone.
My mother accused my father of abuse. A lie. My ex-girlfriend accused me of violence. A lie. Both of those women were themselves abusive, volatile narcissists. I went through this she has been ruining my life for years, she analyzed me with a group of other people for it. A bunch of guys showed up where I worked because some chick accused me. She was with them. Asked her a few questions and they could tell she was lying. She thought I would be afraid of them but it ended up being the other way around. On another occasion, a friend of mine sit in jail for more than a year before he went to court. The jury took 5 minutes to find him innocent.
Take this advice absolutely seriously. Also, avoid partners who claim previous sexual abuse. Regardless of whether it's true, it's devastating baggage.

The simple solution, is to expect more then witness testimony to convict and actually follow the test of, " Without a reasonable doubt" which should be a high threshold of evidence but it is completely disrespected. False accusations are too common these days. Yes there are creeps out there, but also take in mind that many women over exaggerate and over dramatize or flat out lie about stuff that happened.
I am a 28 years old lecturer of literature and philosophy at a University. Some of my female students scored low in the subject because of their extremely poor performance in the exam. Those 3 girls had come to me after the exam and were continuously requesting to award them with high grades. In a formal tone, I told them : "I have to check the papers, first, then I will be in a state to decide." When I examined their papers, they were horrible. All the answers were absolutely irrelevant. I finally announced the result. 2 days later, I received an email feom the HR department of the university that some students had submitted complaints of harassment against me. I have never uttered any extra word in front of a student other than academic lectures. They falsely accused me of harassment. 4 months later, I was issued a written notification in which it was mentioned that I shall be exonerated from the charges of harassment. My colleagues congratulated me. However; still, psychologically I'm not the same as I used to be. I am so traumatized. I used to be very happy and satisfied at my workplace. I was so motivated and enthusiastic about teaching. Now, I still try to do justice to my profession but the environment over there feels so toxic.
My brother was accused by 4 girls and is currently sitting in prison. 3 of the girls decided to abandon their case out of guilt, but that did not help him. The time of the "crime" was 7 years before the accusation. He has 30 years in prison due to this with no parole. His life has been utterly ruined to the point where even if the girl comes out and says she was lying, and he gets let out on actually being innocent, he will probably never recover. I live in fear the same may happen to me. To us men, our life is over, all the effort, blood, sweat, and tears we put into our life can be ripped away from us. For women it's just tuesday. I was once accused of sexual assault during my freshmen year, and it had me devastated because of how much I knew it could ruin my life. Luckily, one of my dorm hall mates (and good friends to this day) was able to give my whereabouts around the time, and there was a camera in the building where the girl claimed she was sexually assaulted by me. *Two things I learned from that experience: 1) always have some form of proof in a situation like this, and 2) never give any woman the benefit of the doubt because she will use it against you. This girl knew I really liked her, so she made me the fall guy for a false accusation.*

Yep, false accusations are sheer horror. With mine it was a terrifying introduction to madness that you could not understand, could not reason with, and it was with no warning, blindsided like being hit in the face by your most trusted companion, your friend, your lover, and after 5 years together with no problems. After 8 months of torture, I left for my own sanity. That was 10 years ago. Much better now !!! You can't have a conversation with madness. Added comment.. When I left it was with some guilt, as the woman I loved was still in there..somewhere, but she had become possessed by an irrational psychotic demon. She could not see this and refused help. I had to protect myself and left. I also fear that she would put someone else through a similar experience. I often wonder if she ever realised what a monster she became.

Just be careful man, there are good women out there, but be careful. If you're in a 3rd party consent state (has nothing to do with sexual consent) then record audio of interactions with the women you get involved with. Also look out for red flags. If she seems crazy, she probably is.
Solution 2: In home security cameras. Tell her you have them recording around the house to protect you two against intruders. Legally she has been told about them and will probably not ask exactly how many there are and what the field of view is of each one - nor remember even if she did. If she claims something serious against you, you have hard audio and video evidence that is allowed in court plus a overall history of her behavior vs yours.

Either way, I would wire up the house and NOT tell her. If she makes a claim, you have proof. This child molestation accusation was made against me by my ex-wife, and it eventually turned out that it was the husband of her best friend. My daughter was best friends with her daughter. You can 100% be found guilty without evidence. Not requiring physical evidence in a sexual assault or abuse prosecution was a cornerstone goal of feminism, which they achieved decades ago. Whether a woman will prove to be low quality in this sense often cannot be learned before she makes the accusation.

I'm dealing with an individual who I'm suing right now, and it's been 7 years of false accusations of Domestic Violence twice, it's a long story, but it's a nightmare. Neighbors don't speak to me. She said I killed my cats, etc. It's outlandish!
I don’t even wanna go into the false accusations I have had in my life, first one happened when I was 15 where she said I raped her under a bridge, when she went and told people they laughed at her and were like this guy, you want us to believe he raped you we know him, this guy is a goodie goodie too shoes and this was nearly my entire year group that was saying this. Long story short she laughed along with them and was like yeah I wasn’t serious and it ended there. When she said it I just looked at her like huhhh, I’m 28 now and seeing all these me too movement I immediately think back to that experience, funny thing is the bridge is the most crowded area where I lived, her accusation was so laughable, she was told that it was stupid what she was saying. I was well known as a church goer, never ever in trouble within my peer group so it didn’t smeer me, but in today’s day and age this wouldn’t matter. They don’t even rationally think like this like my year group did. All in all this is why I’m celibate now and just decide to forego women. The risk don’t make it worth it.
A Co Worker (low quality women) started telling my other co workers that i was gay. All i did was reject her when she asked me out... SMH ohh yea when my co workers told me what she was saying i told em all what really happened. She quit that job a short while later.
Girlfriend punched me multiple times, then called the cops and accused me of assaulting her. Thank God her history of impulse control was well known - her shrink backed me up - she knew both of us, and knew who the aggressor, and the liar, were. Its not only basic compassion to side with her, its also the fact that even some of your own friends or associates maybe even jealous of you and your relationship behind close doors. So they want to believe any negative thing about you and want to see fall in the worse way possible. If someone who knows you for years and knows you're integrity would at least question this accusations to get the truth, but if they are willing to believe these accusations easily without questioning anything then that person never had you in their best interest to begin with.
The hardest thing about being falsely accused by a loved one is the heartbreak and disbelief! You still love them and the hurt is unbearable. You don't know why and an unbreakable bond has been assaulted. The hurt is deeper than the abyss!

Even though my in-laws all trust me with their kids and grandkids, I have made that a policy for myself with ALL children, including our great-nieces and great-nephews, due to a ministry I plan to launch soon, as I don't want any possibility of false accusation to negatively affect the reputation of this project that God has laid upon my heart to do.
Thanks for info, I think this information is especially vital for those who are shy and inexperienced regarding dating and social situations. The stigma attached to false accusations never goes away, and the fear of such removes the incentive for men to actually engage in relationships (from talking with friends), and even acting as a good person as it can be misconstrued as ulterior motives, e.g. helping a lost child or intervene in a fight.

I never go to places where there are a lot of women all "close together". When I was in college (and that has been quite a while ago, not in the US), anytime when there was a college dance party, we boys were briefed how to behave. Nothing was said to women. After the third briefing, I decided not to go to any of these parties anymore. Women can touch you whatever and you can be implicated for anything? No thanks. I find life without them so much easier.
Broke up with my girlfriend and one night she broke into my house by busting through the front door glass. I was a single parent with two little girls. I called the police and ran out the back door with my girls. When police came i was in my car with locked doors. I was so close to going to jail i almost crapped my pants. Why i didnt go ? Because she refused to press charges. ( i realized the situation i was in and told her i was sorry for breaking up with her over the police’s shoulder. ) quick thinking on my part saved me and my daughters.

Alex Fowler .... you would think that to be the view of the police. However let me state that after 2 marriages and 5 kids. The only thing that has kept me out of prison ( even though i did nothing wrong) is that i have a high IQ and also have enormous self discipline and even with these qualities i lost many battles with ; women in my life (wife , sister, mother, daughters). Another example was when i was in the USAF my wife took off with my kids across the country. I played along realizing how i was screwed. This behavior convinced her i wasnt a flight risk and allowed me to take my children to McDonald’s playground as a sort of visitation while i was home on leave. Well i went straight across the country back to base and gained custody as she wasnt able to represent herself in court locally. Long fight but a year later i won custody. Im actually going to publish my memoirs one day but it will be after i get financially independent so as to avoid the PC Gestapo.
You have to get to know someone to find out they are low quality. To get to know them, you'll be alone with them at some point. You cannot remove this risk.

What's really messed up, I was taught this in sex ed class in high school. To watch how I approach women, talk to them, and interact with them. That any wrong action could lead to being falsely accused. It made me paranoid and scared to approach women. And it still affects me to this day. Not being able to flirt and date in high school or in my 20's leaves me socially awkward with women in my 40's. Not sure what's worse - being faslely accused, or being single and hopeless for 20+ years.

I have been falsely accused before. One of the ways they tried to get me to admit it was to apologize so they can use it against me and they also threatened to tell their Mexican “boyfriend” what happened. From the next months I got insane PTSD I’m paranoid about many things and to be honest I’ve never been the same but I’m getting better. False accusations can land you in in deep waters what also saved me from showing them evidence. Always save yourselves in that situation never apologize and if you end up in that situation fight tooth and nail.
my son spent 3 months in jail after a false allegation by his ex, even though she had a long history of psych issues/hospitalisation and a ling criminal record (including jail), she got the house and the kids, he gained a criminal record and is now unemployable, he lost his reputation and access to his kids, he is now a meth addict in psychosis, living in a tent.

It is so very important to acknowledge that the dangers are present and real. This is not a simple matter. It cannot be denied that working on yourself to increase your own high value can serve to afford you an abundance of choice in who you invite into your life because you can do so free of the scarcity that may well lead you to make allowances for low quality individuals. It can also not be denied that no matter what you do, there is no escaping a certain level of risk. I’m afraid that you will have to risk in order to arrive at a place where you surround yourself with only quality individuals. Adopting and adhering to a personal set of standards and carefully curating those around you to include only those whose standards match your own can, at best, minimize that risk. In order to discern quality, you must observe, and there is risk in observing. Within the context of a pairing scenario as well as a co-working scenario especially, you expose yourself to the manipulation via threat that a false accusation can bring crashing down on you. An accusation requires no empirical evidence, has no statute of limitations, and is its own punishment which carries an automatic life-sentence because unlike in a court of law, you will not be acquitted of an accusation, especially not one where you have already been convicted in the court of public opinion. This agency of manipulation that is commonly employed against Men is every bit as toxic as the manipulations some men employ against Women they pressure, maneuver into situations of risky behavior, and apply their own insecurities to in an effort to control (emotionally, physically and/or financially). It happens, to be sure, and Alex is completely justified in not minimizing the disdain and anger we feel toward men who move through life in this cowardly manner. They do us all a disservice and we must take steps to provide the proper guidance or corrective consequences when signs of these behaviors seep through. In the same way that we must police ourselves as Men, we must expect the same of Women. Men have always endured a certain amount of manipulation on a daily basis and we accept these because they are harmless. However, as the risks have become greater due to legislation as well as the demonization of masculinity through social norms, the risk has already become greater than the potential reward for many, and is quickly approaching that for many others. Adopting an attitude of no-contact as a response to MeToo is met by manipulative accusations of fragile masculinity and shaming language like “man-up,” but why should there be upset that Men seek to minimize risk by minimizing contact ? Simple, it removes the agency of manipulation from the toolbox of those women who would be loathe to not have it as, at the very least, a back up plan. Deciding to go your own way is met with the same shaming language and manipulative accusations, but why ? Well, the dating pool is already a tragicomedy, accepting that Men can just walk away from the whole thing will remove as many otherwise quality Men from the pool as it will those that will not be missed and very likely prevent some younger men from ever stepping into those agencies of servitude - it makes manipulation more difficult for those women who seek to take advantage. Been there, at a job I had 25 years ago. Several years before I took that job, they were the target of a hostile takeover. One thing this meant was that they lost control over whom they hired. As such, I was not welcome from the start. After only one week, I got falsely accused of sexual harassment, and said liar easily got everyone else to believe her, including my boss, who was working on the other campus, all because they were attached to my predecessor and were angry that he got transferred against their will. Another thing that they weren't happy with was the fact that I had more education than they did. I had recently completed a master's degree less than a month before landing that job, wow the rest of them had associates, maybe bachelor's degrees at most. Not only did I get fired due to all the LIES that were spread about me, but in the want ad for my job after I was gone, they drastically lowered the education requirements. These days, I am very hesitant to take any job where I will have women in college or high school as co-workers, as I'm afraid that one of them will look for an excuse to take something I said or did as sexual harassment, or worse.
I did not realize it then, but I married a narcissist. We cohabitated for multiple years. There were signs other people saw, but I didn’t. As soon as the ink was dry on the marriage certificate, outright lying became normal including not using contraceptive despite agreements otherwise. This quickly lead to a high conflict custody/visitation dispute divorce with my Ex- during tender years doctrine time (women always got custody). After separation, she changed again and never lost an opportunity to harm me. She used her considerable charm and tears to persuade the court counselor and a court appointed psychologist and indirectly the judge that I sexually molested our toddler daughter. She initially got everything she wanted and I got almost nothing. She then started using me as an almost daily baby sitter which I documented for several months. This lead to a series of session with the court counselor and the court appointed psychologist. Both admitted to being duped by her and totally flipped sides. Seeing the writing on the wall, she then kidnapped our toddler daughter and disappeared to the east coast for nine months. I was given total custody. I still don’t know where she was. She eventually returned to California, thinking everything will return to life before. The court bent over backwards trying to make joint custody and visitation work, with more sessions with the court counselor and many more with the court appointed psychologist, and four extensive visits by Probation department investigators. The Ex- made six or seven false accusations against me to CPS, once by the FBI for being the Unibomber, and two or three times by the local police, for supposed physical and sexual abuse of our toddler daughter. I always cooperated with investigators and always came out clean. The Ex-‘s baseless accusations only stopped when the judge threatened her with jail time for contempt. Knowing what I know now, I would probably still let the investigators in, but would insist on video recording everything for everybody’s safety. Back then, cell phones and recording cameras did not exist. That was only a tiny part of the whole story I think during the CPS first visit, I was explaining the custody conflict history while the daughter was happily singing to herself a few feet away while swinging on the swing hanging from the living room ceiling. I asked her to put her swimming suit (bikini style) on which she happily did; not a scratch anywhere. I was assaulted annually for about a decade by the Ex-, usually during her visitations. She was of equal size, weight, and strength. She often used weapons (pogo stick, baseball bat.) I reported every incident to the police and to the courts. The police took confirming photos of sizable bruises multiple times. Despite the evidence, the DA and the court repeatedly did nothing. When our daughter was in the third grade, I asked her where she would like to live if something were to happen to me. Her two choices did not include Mom. I figured the best unbiased witness to her choices and reasoning would be the court counselor. During their meeting, the counselor apparent asked the daughter about her relations to her mother. The daughter apparently told about a fist fight she had with her mother on the school grounds several months earlier. At the next court hearing, the judge on his own initiative issued a permanent restraining order. Several months later, the Ex- came by, wanting to borrow some money. She had stopped payment on a prior check, so I refused to loan her any more money and went back to my welding work. She kicked me in the genitals. I landed on the ground in a fetal position and was wiped out for nearly two weeks. The DA finally took action and issued an arrest warrant. The police made no effort to execute the warrant and dropped the warrant in less than a year. The Ex- was never inconvenienced for any of her antics at any point. The daughter has wanted nothing to do with her mother for decades now, but gets along fine with all her other maternal relatives (and me.) I subsequently helped about two hundred people deal with false child abuse accusations with a local volunteer organization. Many were false accusations occurring during a divorce. About half were CPS cases. Several times, green CPS workers jump to totally erroneous conclusions from ignorance. For example, mentally retarded children tend to be people pleasers. They will often guess at an answer when they don’t understand a question. When asked the same question again, they will often quickly switch their answer when they sense that the inquisitor does not like the first answer. This quickly leads to gross absurdities. About half the time, the parent or grandparent could not recall or retell the facts in a cogent way, or were grossly inconsistent week to week. I often wanted CPS to keep the kids forever despite how bad foster care frequently is. I don’t think I was able to convince one father facing a judge for child abuse that research shows that a stern talking to generally works better than a beating. His rational was that he got his ass whipped as a child and he turned out OK. Most attorneys want to do their arguing or grandstanding in court. My experience is that it is far more effective to win with the family court counselors by organizing and writing up a relatively balanced summary of the family’s history and dynamics, and make a list of about 30 descriptive adjective for each involved party, maybe dividing into positive, neutral and negative. Sometimes, one can come up with a couple of summary phrases to describe a person. For my Ex, that could be: “she had to spend the money fast before it was all gone,” and “she could sell refrigerators to Eskimos.” The California Attorney General former printed the excellent California Child Abuse Prevention Handbook which did a pretty decent job of explaining all the relevant law and procedures. It is probably available in all California law libraries and maybe elsewhere. Maybe similar in other states.

In a sense maybe. But for the most part It don’t matter. If things are not going her way and she feels VINDICTIVE enough, it doesn’t matter who you are.

So true. Surround yourself with as many high quality people; friends, family, partners. Not just to reduce your chances of false accusations, but if it ever comes down to her word against yours, your friends will have your back and it will be her word against ours.
False accusations are something that every person, man & woman, will face at some point in their life no matter how careful they have been. Depending on the nature of the accusation it can be anything from a minor annoyance to a life-shattering tragedy, but the upshot is that 1) you very quickly learn who your real friends are & 2) you realize how utterly worthless reputations are: nothing so fragile is worth building or protecting. Personally, I'm grateful towards everyone who has ever slandered me. They are nasty people who wished nothing but ill on me, but they were also my unwitting benefactors. I wish they could understand how thoroughly they failed in their attempt to harm me.
Had a female co worker chasing me, making Annonimous callstmy wife, he'll o earth, all because I did not give her light if the day, even telling me about her erotica dreams with me... This is a very dangerous time for males.. Please take extra extra care....she was a total bpd case, medicated and ended up being fired for "performance issues", it took me massive amount of effort to recover the trust of people close to me...
Silver bullet used against me, and when it didn’t pan out she simply ramped up the accusations!! Going to court for damages, where I now have to prove she was not the victim and I was not the aggressor 😢
Guy I know was dragged out of his house in the middle of the night. His girlfriend called on him. Doesn't really matter if he is guilty or not, he is spending the night in jail because of the words of some woman.
@I. S I was talking to this woman at work. We were talking about security. Nothing sexual or anything like that. Another woman overheard the conversation. Didn't like what I had to say and reported me. It went right to the top. I had to sit in two meetings. The woman I was speaking to spoke up in my defense. It quickly got swept under the rug.
@I. S I'm in a union so, as long as you don't steal, they can't do much. Overall my interaction with the women is minimal. Meaning I don't have a female boss and actual people I work with is 99% male.

this happened to a good friend of mine. The police didn't want to listen to a single word of what he had to say. But when they looked into it they found out the same woman had made false accusations with dozens of other men in the past. My friend was so distraught and angry.
I heard a story a couple years ago of a girl that was at a party and right in front of a phone camera if she let three guys have their way with her in front of everybody but then the next day she claimed that she was forced into it. She try to take it to court but luckily one of the girls felt a little guilty and showed the video to the court. Those three guys could have ended up in prison !
Jup, that's why I don't have female friends, never date, and mostly don't talk to them outside of small business related stuff and keep at least a meter distance.
An accusation needs no qualifier...It does not suggest guilt or innocence...."False accusation" makes out that all accusations are true..I really need to get out more, clearly.
I was mostly wrongly accused of being abusive in my relationship in high school. I say mostly because I will readily admit I was not the best boyfriend this being 10th grade and all. But she said it all because she was hurt when I broke up with her. Luckily, absolutely noone actually believed her, knowing that she was the kind to lie about that. But things could have gone a lot differently.
I know women who only have few female friends and don't hang out with them often, because of these moralless character ruining snakes. I realized long ago that I prefer somewhat nonsocial women. First I didn't know why, but later I realized that it's because I can talk about women without them feeling obliged to defend their gender every time. Now I see that the false accusation risk also becomes less threatening.
You nailed it bro. In Spain by law in domestic violence all its need is her word.... That's it... And the men gets in jail for a night.... If it repeats its not just a night and she gets all help from government.... Gets house.... Kids... And even money from state.... Too much motivation to use a lie for her advantage and win in a separation process, while the truth is: thousands of men don't survive this emotional abuse and opt for suicide. Going through this right now. Stayed with her for years because she threatened to file a false police report if I ever left her. I couldn’t take her abuse anymore and ended it. She wasn’t bluffing. She filed a restraining order and instigated a smear campaign against me. She has filed multiple police reports falsely accusing me of violating the RO. There is no end to it.
Just over 20 years ago, my brother's girlfriend accused two of his friends of graping her, i went off to find them and beat the piss out them, my sister got the truth out her and pulled me up before i got to them, turns out she got drunk and tag teamed them and was afraid my brother would leave if he found out, so she accused them of grape and put on a performance. The 'friends' were obviously scum and sent packing from my brother, but that accusation nearly got a lot of people into a mess with real victims. That was a HUGE eye-opener for me, couldn't believe someone would do that to other people to avoid responsibility for their own actions.
It's not just low quality women who do this. This makes them low quality but I have seen many women make accusations only to retract them or have them proven untrue. I don't see men doing this. I think women see this as their only power move at times and so just do it. Many women hide their true selves very well.
Retracting an accusation doesn't always mean it didn't happen. When it comes to sex crimes, for example, there may sometimes be pressure on the accuser by the lawyer of the accused or some other entity to not press charges. Also, there often isn't a lot of physical evidence in sex crimes, so many alleged victims may make accusation but then realize that they don't have enough evidence for their to be hope in successfully pressing charges.

I'm talking about cases where the woman was seen by a neighbor punching herself in the face and then admitted the man never touched her.(an actual case I had.) I'm also talking about my own experience where she admitted she lied later on. It happens a lot. I see it all the time in my work. Meanwhile men get hit scratched slapped kicked and nothing happens because "guys can take it". There is such a double standard and I think that you automatically bringing up what you did makes me think that you think men are more prone to hit than women and its 50 50 but men get blamed not women. Also, all a woman has to do is call the police and say, "I'm afraid of him and the police ask him to leave and then she automatically gets exclusive use of home, temporary support and he has to wait for months until it is cleared in the courts. The media promotes me too. I will never be alone with a female employee, and because of that issue I will not hire women if I can avoid it. Too much drama and liability.

It's just a reality that in this era a man has tons to loose by a false accusation and the woman has nothing to loose and much to gain. I work in family ct as atty and have had many woman (my clients) say, " I know what to say, they won't believe him, I can say whatever I want and the Judge will believe me." I hope it doesn't happen to you but if it does what you said about no woman calling the police on you in the past won't matter. I thought just like you until I saw it again and again. Also when this woman stole from me and I was going to prosecute, everybody just said let it go.. shes a woman.. forget it.. bla bla bla and I did. I should have acted like a woman and prosecuted.
When I was working for Budweiser , one if the receivers was a girl at target. She and I would talk STRICTLY about coffee. Then one day I joked about her name tag because she was wearing one that wasnt her and called her by THAT name. She laughed and admitted that she forgot her tag. (Pretty sure you could get in trouble for that) Anyways long story short she then tells all the other vendors that I was making her uncomfortable when I talked to her and that she was going to tell HR about my behavior. Like wtf?? The most we ever spoke was about coffee. I also heard from another vendor that she actually got some guy fired because of the same thing. I actually work for Verizon now but I can tell all the women gossip ALOT there and it would be VERY unwise to talk to them about other things rather than work. Thankfully the guys I work with always put these women in there place.
I worked 8 years to fix one mistake i did when i was young.. it will always haunt me no matter what because even when people joke about it.. or talk about it not even directly to me it all comes back to my head... like they are about to break you, even though you know they can't because you'we changed so much..
It’s even bad at work. I had a girl that accused me thinking I had a crush on her when I never did. All I did was offer her my fries that I cooked and she went and told a lie saying I had a crush on her.
This is so scary. Idk what to do I'm being falsely accused of something so bad. For revenge and positioning. I can't say more but I'm so scared right now. I have an attorney. It's he said she said but the people who investigate this stuff just believe her. This is ruining my life, I'm not even mostly concerned with the criminal part, it's my wife has even moved out because of these lies, I don't know or think she believes it but whu she leave? @@kalleskaviar25 full investigation found the accuser was lying. Then I took a lie detector test and passed. And other things happened vindicated me totally. So great. But family still in shambles from evil people who say anything for thier own attention and to get what they wanted. Now I don't trust people I thought I could. Yes, yes, and yes. I appreciate your compassion for men who are victimized by false accusations. You clearly get what it's like, and I bet your empathy on this issue has benefited a ton from speaking with multiple men who've been through it. My physically violent ex-wife at one point was maintaining that I was violent with her too, which there was zero truth to. Her willingness to lie about that gave her extra (sick and twisted) power in our relationship as I was disentangling from her. I'll never know what lies she may have told about me to her network of friends, family, and colleagues who got to know me during the 4 years she and I were a couple. Not a single of those individuals reached out to me during or after our separation to express sympathy or show interest in my perspective on things. (That's just a data point - not necessarily an indicator one way or the other that she spread lies about me to them.) Also, I recently reconnected with a friend from high school. He shared that back in high school - 10+ years ago - a girl spread a rumor that he raped her. (I don't remember hearing this rumor back then.) Their sex was consensual, he says, and I believe him. He has continued living in the same town where we went to school, and for years he has lived with this worry of not knowing who in his town heard that rumor and believes he is a monster who rapes girls. This was my first experience hearing firsthand from someone I'm close with about withstanding this kind of reputation damage. As he conveyed this to me, it was clear from his tone of voice and body language that his suffering was real.
I had a coworker who was just incoming(going to sign his contract at our company) and a girl coworker who had worked with him before didn’t want him to join the team and so she went to hr and made claims that he was her ex bf and that he had threatened her before. None were true and it came to light that she had delibirately deleted whole directories and files at the company the both of them previously worked at. Our manager was able to defend my male coworker and got it in the end. That manager was fired later on, she didn’t and she even got a promotion.
RE: "It is better to be single and celibate than be with a low-quality woman." Wish I had understood this concept way back when. All that wasted time spent with a low-quality woman in a 97% sexless marriage. I was effectively living a forced celibacy (while she had some side-action going on) and I did not want to lower myself to her standards and cheat on her in response. She even had the nerve to level false accusations on me regarding cheating, when I had never even come close to such potential infidelity. (She was projecting, and perhaps goading me into committing infidelity so that she could then subsequently accuse me). I think of all those times I wasn't getting any you-know-what and realized I could have spent that time pursuing constructive hobbies instead. Fortunately I woke up and took decisive action and initiated & won a divorce. Since then, I have taken great care to avoid LQW at all costs. Life is grand now.
