My attempt to swim from Rooi Els to Millers Point across False Bay Cape Town 35 Kms. Unfortunately I was slowed after 4 and a half hours of swimming to 600 meters per half hour. At 6 and a half hours it was clear that I wouldn't reach Millers Point before sun down and the swim was stopped due to the increased threat of Great White Sharks after sun set. It really was a great day out.
