I don't know a context where you would say "preservative measure". A preservative is what makes a food preserve (like a condom protects from contamination). Maybe you could say: measures for preservation of. "Comment" appears often in French music. They say it like "come on". And it means neither of those things. I'm Attending Cousteau. lol.
