You don't have to like her, agree with her, or believe her - but the people being interviewed are saying that they've been helped by her. The comments she said throughout the video ("don't hold on to any guilt", "don't worry, their soul is at peace", telling the daughters that their mother is still with them) are designed to help people process their grief and find peace. It's not for everyone, but if these people feel helped by it, then where's the harm? I don't believe in a lot of alternative medicines, but I know the placebo effect is real. If these treatments cause no harm and make a person feel better then, honestly, where's the problem? This medium stuff follows the same principle.
