The General management of the Lowe's Hotel knows that "catering" to those patrons as a "pet friendly" establishment is another way of saying "emotional support" due to the traumatic effects of this hurricane which for the hotel as a retreat for those patrons and their pets is good business, dollars for the hotel and senses from the patrons to seek shelter from the storm.
