The sheriff and the deputy that was with the murderer both assisted in the assassination. Ever person in the justice system that knew this deputy was a potential threat should be investigated. The sheriff that hired this deputy knew very well that he was an alcoholic, and a threat to all people of color. He knew of his racism and his prior firings. The fraternal order of police knew that this deputy was a threat. The deputy with the murderer at the time of the death knew that this was murder in the first degree but did nothing but help cover up the crime. He knew this deputy had been drinking but said nothing. He is just as guilty of first degree murder as the deputy that pulled the trigger. The sheriff is also guilty of murder for knowing this man was unsafe with a gun. This was a set up and must be investigated as such. Thank God for Ben Crump. He will get to the bottom of this heinous crime and multiple people will be implicated.

What is also ignored in this Country is the death of individuals who died directly from the stress and Unlawful actions taking against a love by law enforcement. You will be suprise how many people died just from the stress of Unlawful actions taken against their love one, some became fatal. Many of black moms has died directly from Unlawful action taken against their love one. Developing high blood pressure and many other Unwarranted sicknesses do to Unlawful action taken against family members. The numbers my be shocking. In other words, there are so many elderly blacks who worry so hard about injustices done to a child or love one to the point of sicknesses then death. Its phenomenal in the black and brown Communities.

Oh no! Not again! The violence MUST stop! At least we got a 1st degree murder charge on that cop. This is why I love France so so much. They don't have racism like the US. To better understand the situation in France vs the US, we have to understand the difference between de jure racism (government imposed) vs de facto (not government imposed). What I'm primarily talking about is government imposed racism. France never had mandates like Jim Crow, South African Apartheid, vagrancy laws, and acts to overcome it like, the Civil Rights Movement, etc targeting their citizens. Also French colonialism is IRRELEVANT in this context because I'm talking primarily about mainland France, and victimes of colonialism were never allowed to be trafficked into mainland France. Secondly, The above racist American laws were not targeting slaves as it had already been abolished. Such laws were targeting the people who should have the most privileges and freedom, the citizens. Victims of French colonialism were NOT French citizens. Remember, after slavery, the freed slaves were converted into citizens as a ruse to make them think they were being freed, but they really weren't being freed. Reconstruction was also a ruse. The US government used this tactic to use their newly granted freedoms to commit mass imprisonment against them. Remember the 13th Amendement doesn't protect convicts from slavery. Also, Lincoln didn't actually free the slaves. If he did, there wouldn't have been an underground railroad. Laws like Jim Crow were used as revenge against the freed slaves and their descendants to punish them for bankrupting the slave owners. On the contrary, France NEVER EVER passed racist laws/mandates targeting their own citizens. Most French colonies were given self-government independence from France. They never had slaves in the mainland. We were given no independence at all. The situation in the US and South Africa was unique as it infringed the citizens right to assembly, vote, freedom of movement, interracial marry, essential services, and public accommodation. The reason for segregating the schools was to groom the de jure ruling race to hate to de jure second class race. This trickled down to family culture. France never had Brown v. The Board of Education nor the Little Rick 9. Also, blacks in France were never subjected to lynching nor did they have to partake in civil disobedience (i.e. bus boycotts). Lastly, blacks were never kidnapped to forced into mainland France. They self migrated there. So, if they don't like it, all they have to do is leave. Remember mandated racism is not the same as legalized racism. Legal just means no laws against it, whereas mandate means enforced with threat of penalty and can occur even if the act is illegal. While de facto racism does exist in both countries, it's French counterpart is completely different and less violent. It doesn't follow a structured culture. It's mostly just who likes you vs who doesn't. More like school/workplace bullying; whereas, in the US it comes in two categories, what stems from de jure racism and what does not. It also more follows a country wide culture where only the severity changes by region. Police brutality is also different. In France, most police brutality happens during protests and is survivable. In the US, it happens during everyday life, like motor vehicle and is usually deadly. Its French counterpart also happens drastically less frequent and is NOT racially motivated like it's American counterpart. Look at the case files. Not all victims are of the same color, or ethnic background, or even legal status. Also, most don't involve gun violence. While officers in France do carry guns, they are more restricted by policy on when they can use them, including as scare tactics. In the US, most acts involve gun violence and target not just any black person, but African Americans, who are all US citizens under the 14th Amendment. It happens at genocidal level. Even international blacks are treated better in the US. When's the last time you heard of a taxi driver being stopped for driving while black. A lot of them are international blacks. The reason for this is that they have outside protections from their home country such as the embassy. We don't have that. It's also a good thing that France does not collect data on race. The cons outdo the pros. Did you know this data is how people get stopped for driving while black. All they have to do is run the tag number, and everything they need comes right up. Do to strict separation of race and state in France, a racist will always have to see the victim first to make such determination. In the US, we have to deal with approx. 10 genocides a year; whereas in France, their "bad apples" only strike approx. once in a decade. Also, in the US, it's designed to break up families with minor children. Most victims in France are teens who are given a chance to comply, but fail to do so. Most importantly, as a mixed African-American, I went to Paris, France, myself. I was treated a whopping 85 times better in France than in the US. I'll never forget it. It had NOTHING to do with me being American or speaking French fluently. Most Americans lie about France and say the French are rude. In reality, they are they nicest people I've ever met. Also, a taxi driver from Mali agreed with me, and so did a few of my former colleagues from francophone Africa. Fun fact. During the darkest days of Jim Crow, wealthier African Americans fled to France to escape racism, such as James Baldwin. France is definitely not the same as the US in terms of racism. It it were, blacks who fled there would have just turned and left b/c they were not forcibly brought there. Plus they weren't even French citizens. The American Dream sure is a big fat lie! Being black in France is a dream compared to in the US, but remember that while France is way better, it's not utopia.
