Hi Brieana. I used to be like you since I used to have no fear of flying. But that all changed when I was on a flight that crashed. I survived that crash, but it left me with a fear of flying. Have you ever felt scared during a flight? And do you know anyone who is like me?
Hi, thank you for sharing that with me. I can imagine that being a really traumatic experience. A couple of years ago i had a passenger who had a fear of flying because of the same reason. He told us when he boarded and we made sure to check on him during the flight, he was fast asleep. I later told him i was proud of him for being on a flight again as i knew that would of been really hard. I would suggest finding something that would distract you during the flight, perhaps even talking to a professional about it could really help too!! Keep me updated with how you go!
