For more information about dolphins getting high: Dolphins often poke/gnaw on pufferfish to get them to release their poison. Dolphins are scarily smart so they know how much poison they can have before it kills them. Btw pufferfish poison is called tetrodotoxin. Also people have spotted dolphins playing volleyball with pufferfish. Once they get high one thing they often do is get intrigued and just stare in wonder at their own reflection in the water.
