Maybe you could also try reacting to newer episodes that you haven’t seen before on the channel since a lot of these clips you have already viewed. Obviously you can’t play the full episode but you could just post certain parts of the episode or leave a small corner of the screen with lower opacity for the episode while you watch it. There’s plenty of editing tricks reactors use to show the episodes they watch.

I wouldn't be surprised if the writers and producers thought about showcasing Quagmire in his own show. I think Quagmire's sex addiction could have made the show like a one trick pony if they only focused on that aspect of his personality. With Cleveland and his family, the writers had a more material to work with. I think Quagmire works best in his interactions with Peter and Joe along with the sex thing make him a watchable character. Besides, producing Quagmire spin-off would have been more voice work for Seth MacFarlane. Already voicing several characters on Family Guy and the two main characters on American Dad I think the last thing MacFarlane wanted was to voice a character on a third show (yes I know Seth provided the voice for Tim the Bear on the Cleveland show but voicing that character was probably a little less work compared to the other two shows)
