As to the White BMW joke, it's a common choice of vehicle among Persian men. The joke about the bad driver is about the tendency of eye creases (the partially closed eyes common among some Asian peoples) to decrease peripheral vision, making them less likely to notice other drivers, or obstacles.
There was a British show aired in the 70s but got replayed on public television in the 90s and was still popular. It was called "Are You Being Served?" and you should at least check out the Episode ( Forward Mr. Grainger) because anyone thats ever had a job can relate to that situation.

Uh spose to be Asian jokes but it's only Southeast Asia northeast Asia. No western Asia or Middle Eastern Asia. Only one close to Middle Eastern Asia was India think they might have Pakistan but they didn't have Israel Afghanistan Iran Iraq Jordan or any of the other Middle Eastern Asian countries.
