7:15 Fun Fact, they actually didn't just do it for this game but its been confirmed that Jim Hanks does woody's voice in basically everything that isn't the movies like Actual Toys and other games
I got this game for Christmas in 2012, I was 12 years old and my parents were just laid back about letting me consume games and movies rated for adults. But damn dude I got frustrated and basically quit after a few levels. But then about three months later I beat the game in one night with my cousin, one of the most memorable all-nighters I've ever had in my life. We had the snacks, we were laughing at every joke and didn't even realise the time until the sun was out and the birds were chirping as we got to the final boss. Not sure if I can say it's a good game but it's a great example of how different a game can be if you play it with people.
This is how it was for me and my brother too. We basically never played the game until one day our cousin came over and saw that we had the game, and wanted to play it since he liked it. eventually we got to the battle mode and we did that pretty much all night. Some of the most fun I’ve had
i dont remember getting the game but i remember getting stuck on the tree thing bcz i didnt know what i was supposed to do n ended up quitting. picked it up year or so later n loved it, honestly one of my favorite games in memory just because of fun but i doubt itll hold up now
why does this post have no comments yet 100 likes? does like noone have anything to say about this or something? i mean i can agree with this but still why does noone else state their opinion on this? im confused.
I played this game with my younger brother when we were little. I remember enjoying it, I also remember me and my brother arguing over who got to play Brian, I played Brian.
The Woody one is an intentional choice. His brother has voiced Woody in every video game and spinoff property (such as cartoons and Christmas specials) since the original released in the 90s.
Jim Hanks always does the merchandise for Tom Hank's characters. The Woody dolls that you can buy have Jim Hank's voice, Tom explained this on the Graham Norton Show
It's important to remember that devs usually get a shit deal when it comes to these games. So, it really usually isn't their fault when they turn out bad. Bad budgets and time constraints are usually to blame for that.
17:10 random fact, but that entire airport mission in this game is the entire airport from Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 with a cell shade. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be an Easter egg or an easy mone saver as both games were published by Activision and could have been an easy asset flip. Either way, it always seemed interesting that this isn't online really anywhere.
I really enjoy watching your videos - they're more entertaining than big production documentaries on tv, and you're one of the very few RU-vidrs who can persuade me to watch long videos without getting bored. This one is no exception. Looking forward to future content, thank you!
@@tamago2474 Hah, take your time tamago, we all love your videos and we know that it takes time to make stuff, just keep making these bangers of videos
Correction: The monkey on the show wasn't evil. He had a bunch of physical ailments brought on from his ex-wife's affair and their resultant divorce. This was all shown on the episode, Hannah Banana. Throughout the episode, he was shown to be a kind, generous, and well-educated companion.
i had this on 360, i even went for every trophy. one of them was to beat 30 rounds of the enemy wave game mode. queue 3 hours of me sitting in a corner as Quagmire shooting a poison goo gun because after wave 15 the game was basically impossible.
The game is developed by Heavy Iron Studios the same people who did SpongeBob BFBB and the SpongeBob Movie game so no wonder why the platforming part as small as it is is very good.
Tamago Im really offended at the fact that you never answered my question of where did the best my favorite youtube series the gameshow by tamag2474 go I was really hoping my one and only question would be answered by the ultimate headset hair gamer i really hope to have a apology come out by tomorrow if not I will be forced to use alternate methods Where is it Simi tell me where is it Where did u put it is in ur basement?!?!? ur bedroom COMON yours truely M mall onli--- wait no Toppscff where is the gameshow
i remember playing this years ago, weirdly nostalgic as i enjoyed the game. at that point i had watched almost every episode of family guy that had been released a few times over. the nerd frat and amish mission was super fun looking back.
The Cars videogames are absolutely fantastic. All of them are amazing, but my personal favorite is the third one, Race-O-Rama. That was such a great time to be a cars fan.
The best of the worst licensed game for me is Bad Boys: Miami Takedown. They either had very limited rights or didn't care because Mike and Marcus don't look or sound right at all. I will admit I'm probably the only person in the world that 100%ed it.
What hurts the most is how the Ps2 game I felt like looked and played better. Man. I played that game so many times as a kid and multiple times over again emulated as an adult. I can't express how much I was looking forward to this game when it was coming out thinking I was finally going to get another great Family Guy game.. here we are
@@tamago2474 if you ever can bring yourself to go back to this game I think it's worth checking out. It had way more playable characters, challenge modes, several types of deathmatch and as far as I remember (though this was years ago), the shooting controls felt a lot tighter
I loved this game genuinely played this for hours for some reason, played the multiplayer with friends and it was actually fun for me. Of course I was pretty young when I played it but I remember it fondly.
The only thing I can say, Jim Hanks does every voice of Woody in any Toy Story related media, toys, videogames, shorts, etc. There is a video of Him talking with Kimmel? Fallon? Any of those Late night host, talking about that
Damn i guess nostalgia really does change how you see things. I remember being 13 when this first dropped and playing through this with my older brother. We loved the show and watched the new episodes when they aired weekly so the voice acting and references were really enough to win us over back than lmaooo.
I remember getting this game in 2013, I was so excited to play it because I loved the ps2 game and I was a giant fan of family guy as a whole. I was so disappointed almost immediately
Dude Jim has been filling for Tom since the very beginning. Toys, games, the beginning of the direct to dvd movie version of Buzz Lightyear of Star Command.
I remember having a good time playing the multiplayer in this game with some friends when I was younger, but it wasn't more than just a mindless shooter to kill some time with friends, and usually call of duty ended up being the better option.
Spongebob Employee of the year was made in 2002, and I still love it. The game is so simple, it's literally just point and click but it's so much fun, at least for me.
I don’t know how many minutes into this video I was when I realized you’re not saying anything actually bad. You’re just going through every level in detail, basically spoiling the game. It looked fine.
This is anti-clickbaiting, he makes ppl think that he's gonna trash talk abt family guys trash game but he tell the history of lisensed, explains everything abt them while explaining this game. This is so much quality content, I love it!
This game is trash and pretty bad but I think the Chicken Fight boss is really cool. Instead of just having Brian and Stevie leave and go stop Bertram and Peter beats up Ernie off screen, it’s really cool how you get to play as Peter and beat up Ernie in a boss fight. It does suck how Peter is only playable in this part of the game but it is still really cool.
Kinda sad to hear everyone thought the game was bad. Maybe I’m blinded by nostalgia or because I always played with my friends but I remember the game being pretty fun
It's been many years, but I didn't mind this game at all, it's nothing ground breaking, it's not AAA, but for a "licensed" game it's really not bad from what I recall, and most the writing issues you had here also exist in the actual IP, so can't hold that against it.
