Family Hike in Appenzellerland - Barefoot Trail near Gonten [4K] 

The barefoot trail near Gonten is an experience for the whole family. Feel different types of ground with your feet. An experience that the children will remember. Over meadows, sand, earth, stones and through a moor. The trail is very easy and takes about 1-2 hours over the 4.8 kilometers, depending on the walking speed. If you start the trail in Gontenbad, you can go bobsledding in Jakobsbaden or to the rope park after the short hike.
