The Eldridge family lives happily in San Sequoia. After losing her husband, Grandma Violet found the big, empty home they had raised their family in had grown way too quiet and sad, so Trent & Meira surprised her by renovating their house and turning the entire upstairs into her own private apartment.
This is a residential lot on the gallery, but if you have the For Rent pack, you could easily turn the upstairs into a rental unit and make some income.
I tried to limit packs a little. After 10 yrs of Sims 4, there are a LOT of packs lol but hopefully it meets the needs of some of you.
