Hey Guys, welcome back to another day in the life, I haven't shared one for a while so thought I'd bring you along on our family day, we had some uninvted guests in our garden & we went to an ice cream parlour. Hi! If not too indiscret what do you do both for a living to live in the countryside ? It’s lovely but I’m not sure I could handle living away from everything haha, it’s too quiet 😊 x

For a mouth ulcer, lick a finger tip and dip it in some bicarbonate of soda and press it firmly onto the ulcer. Try to hold the ulcer between thumb and finger, obviously with your thumb on the outside. Be careful as it stings like hell, (that is a bit of an understatement) but it will shorten the time you have it. Also and I don't know how true this is but cooking in aluminium pots and pans supposedly contributes to getting mouth ulcers. I used to get them a lot as a kid but now I only use copper or cast iron pans and I can't remember the last time I had a mouth ulcer, or maybe I've just grown out of them.

You're such a beauty! I love your home its just idyllic. Also really random but does the postman deliver your post and parcels or do you have to pick them up? I'm just intrigued because you seem to live in the middle of nowhere lol which is amazing by the way xxx

Living in wales were always surrounded by sheep so totally use to it 🙊 so in love with your home and where you live though, its so beautiful! Such a beautiful family 🥰💕 love a day in the life vlog! Xxx

I know it sound strange but I put vegemite on my mouth ulsars so marmite will do the same the salt content drys it out.

Good to see you out and about in the countryside. I used to get mouth ulcers and I found that salt water was the best remedy better than any shop bought item and cheaper it might sting a little but it certainly helps. I don't get them anymore now. Stay safe and see you in the next.
