We live in Western Pa. and Have around 100 Acres of Land, About 1/2 is ours the rest is my moms, We have 4 kids and two grandchildren, 3 Golden Retrievers and one Cat. We enjoy working on our property and making improvements. We sell firewood and soon will be selling hardwood lumber.

You guys need a pallet leveler. It was one of the best things I ever bought for doing heavy lifting to a semi-level surface. It'll keep you from leaning over and moves down as the pallet gets heavier. Will save your back!

I’m with Hunter, I too am intrigued! Daughter Eva, nice ceramic work and glazes are always a little bit of a mystery. Truly, a family function in which Hunter can participate! Eva, maybe you can pick up a little extra money with some bundling along with the cookie store! Love you guys Rex

Hi to all the Morgan family, just watched a video by Levi and Kate and how they met, which was very interesting. Glad to see Eva is all full of smiles and pain free, the operation was a great success and it’s good to here that your video with the surgeon has helped others going have the same condition. I was wondering if you’ve ever done a video about the Huntman? As I think people would be interested and it may help other families that are dealing with Autism. Just to add in a "Pro-Tip", I have a small dead blow that I keep on my bundler. (I have the same one, also purchased at the Paul Bunyan Show). As the wrap is circling the bundle I tap all side with the dead blow. this guarantees an extremely tight bundle that WILL NOT come apart or get loose. I also set mine to wrap around 4 times, I had to many getting loose at 3 and no dead blow. It really does work amazing, I highly recommend trying it out!

Possible recommendation for bundling efficiency: after you have the bottom or middle row of wood laid in, tuck the plastic wrap tail into the bundle. The top layer of wood will hold it and pull it tight for the wrapping process

My thought was use first piece in frame should be used to hold wrap. Just lay wrap over, then stack on top will hold.

Love the bundling machine. If you get a milk jug cutter you can use that instead of the box cutter to trim the plastic wrap when the wrapping is done. safer on fingers etc.

Wrapping tips, put the first course on then your shrink wrap on top finish the bundle (you don't have to be as neat filling, when you drop it on the pallet it will tighten up) and wrap . If you want to get fancy get a piece of 1" x 2" and stick it in on the left side on last wrap it will give you a good surface to cut on and the wrap will be long enough so it's ready for the next bundle

I remember you mentioning Hunter's planned involvement last year in the bundle wood project . It's nice to see he is involved. Also It's nice to see Daughter Eva's involvement. Good move for Eva. Melissa is really spreading out in the various tasks with clothing sales, printing, etc. I hope she doesn't burn out if the addition of bundle wood is included. I was thinking those are bigger bundles then I've ever seen in anywhere. Eva looks great ... glad she's recovered well and Liv'in Life, also glad to hear of the viewer from ND who got hooked up with her Dr, you 3 ended up being great Brain Surgery salespeople ! nice to know another sufferer will now be pain free .... as a carpenter I've bundled a lot of wood in my day ... my mill guy taught me a trick years ago, good sharp scissors cuts the poly wrap with ease when it's under tension, just open half way and push them thru ... and safer than razor knifes, blunt nose scissors are even safer and you can keep them in your back pocket .... love that little machine ... and why did I know that Melissa would be "generous" while packing the machine ? ... lol .. I know Mike will be showing her the "profit loss" numbers on the calculator tonight ; )

Leaving a comment per your request... May I suggest placing your Outdoor with the Morgans firewood label under the wrap. (protect it from rain) and put a QR code and a UPC code on it to make it easier to sell, and I would suggest having ppl send you catchphrases kind of like a fortune Cookie to print in the labels. I can just see people sitting around the camp fire reading the catchphrases. Just my thoughts :) Hunter will be a natural on this in no time.

As a former camp host who did the cutting, splitting and bagging of firewood I sure like that machine and the way it is set up. that is a neat bundle and a very good amount of firewood! Easy compared to the way we did it and faster. Thanks for the demonstration and the great videos, I'm looking forward to more, sure like your new skid steer!

Hi Mike, Melissa, Eva, and Hunter, Have a suggestion for the bundler. Start with pulling the wrap out and lay it over the rack and put the first layer of wood over it. Now you don't have to reach under the bundle of wood to get the wrap started. If Eva does get employed there, now you have a The Morgan's Family Enterprise. Everyone there stay safe.

You can make some “Outdoors with the Morgans Bundled Firewood” labels on 8 1/2 x 11 paper, print 2 on each sheet, cut in half and place on the bundles when being wrapped.

Wow, how great is this - music and subject matter. It was so good that this 80-year-old felt like getting up and dancing to it. Don't forget to get your "code number" for bundled wood as it can be tracked by places like ACE Hardware, Central Tractor, and many others who track, inventory, by bar code and pay you via their computers. Of course, at least put your business name and RU-vid name on each bundle - equals more sales and name recognition driving more people to buy and follow your channel. There is no reason not to be driving your numbers for your channel to over a million subscribers particularly if you use a label on your products. God bless you all.

You should get some 1/4 inch rope cut it in 8-10 inch lengths and staple them on for handles that's what I do with my bundles people love it makes it easier to pick up the bundles. Thanks for the great videos I enjoy watching!

The next Morgan line extension makes its way to market! Good going! Make sure you brand it though, a half sheet with some colorful graphics included in the wrap should do it and cross promote with the RU-vid channel and other services. Helps the selling locations remember where they got their supply and allows you to maybe have some direct sales for larger orders.

I think the wood bundling will go much faster once you remember that you have two hands. also put the wrap on top of the first layer of wood.

Enjoyed watching your video. First time was this video. The weather you get there is probably a lot like where I grew up... The Upper Peninsula of Michigan. With your bundles of wood, instead of pulling the plastic out at the end, why not after you make your first layer, pull the plastic out and just lay it on top of the first layer. Finish your bundle and press the green button. That should save some time with the wrappings and you are not scuffing the back of your hands on the bottom of the wood pile. Just a thought. Nice machine Mike. Easily $10-$12 per bundle. You put a lot of time in splitting that wood. You deserve a fair price in return. Stay safe.

Yep, I can see him getting that for them. The typical $7-8 ones seem about 1/2 the size and most have some rather poor wood in them.

Hey Mike, pull the wrap into the bundle while stacking. No need then to stop and pull it all the way around. Probably save 15 seconds per bundle.

Anti-fatigue mat, move basket where corner is by the black tension knob. Turn basket into one row basket to minimize reaching to back. Put bundle pallet on a counterbalance seesaw so empty pallet is high then slowly lowers as it fills.
