Spicy Chicken Sandwhich
Marinade:
1 cup buttermilk
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
marinate chicken breast anywhere from 1 hour to 24 hours (The longer the better).
Breading:
1 cup ap flour
1/2 cup corn starch
1 Tbls paprika
1 Tbls garlic powder
1 Tbls onion powder
1 Tbls Cayenne
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
fry for 5 minutes on each side
Spicy Mayo:
1 cup mayo
2 Tbls (more or less) Sriracha or hot sauce
2 tsp garlic powder
