My only comment is that perhaps you should buy more bulk items. If there are things you buy every month that are shelf stable (beans, rice, grains, pasta, etc.), it may save you money in the long run. Even though my family is much smaller than yours, I find the savings to be worth it.

Good to see you guys. Haven't had Internet and still don't in 2 wks. No phone lines and electric was out for a wk and a half. Internet is spotty. Marc does a great job stacking groceries in the van. Robert Downey Jr is a great actor. You're lucky Elijah to get to meet him. We had stuff stocked up for floods because if water gets high we can get stranded in. When Hurricane Helene hit it was the worst I had ever seen here in Ashe NC. Our neighbors and families who lived near the river lost so much. It's sad. We just lost our driveway and trees were down all over the place. It is sad. You have such a beautiful family. Take care and God bless you all from NC. 🙏💙🙏

You might ask the meat department about buying a case of ground beef or chicken for the month. I have a Sam's membership but they offer a discount on cases of meat. It sure helps the budget when feeding a large family!

The Chosen oil and Chosen mayonnaise is the Best at being the healthiest! But that’s also for one month which is $500 maybe not even $500 a month but then y’all still have to go to Trader Joe’s and the other store too. I still think y’all will come out cheaper though. You got some extra stuff too this Monty got quite a bit of vitamins and stuff, and that will run it up. Probably if that van could talk but could tell many stories and it has hauled a lot of food.
