This is out of pure love for the children. I have spent the past 7 years healing from several autoimmune disorders, gut issues, and 26 years of endometriosis. I have done extensive research on food and chemicals to begin to heal. I am so much better than i was, but its been a long journey. My mom fed us good food but it was the generation where most people didnt know better about modern convenience foods. I pray this is not the case, but the food i watch in these hauls is setting these children up for horrible health problems and diseases. It is like watching something happen in slow motion. I hope Im wrong, but you could still turn this around for some of them. Their little digestive systems need healing and they need a slow detox from the absolute overload of sugar they are consuming.

to answer your question about the top shelf- that is all overstock- it is the part of the box that won't fit in the shelf space when they are stocking- they turn it backward to discourage customers from climbing the shelves to get the items instead of asking someone who works there to get them safely. Walmart has the labels turned on the top shelf to make it easier for associates to refill the shelves. They scan the barcode and their devices will beep if it can fit on the shelf. I used to work overnight at my local Walmart.

The top shelf items r turned around so they can scan to see if they if it can fit on the shelf. It's called "top stock stocking". I worked at Walmart while I was in college lol

I've been in Walmart before, not able to find something and after looking for it for several minutes and not being able to find an employee to help, I got out my phone and called the customer service number. I told them what aisle I was on and that I needed somone to assist me. They sent someone.

Its called topstock. Its so the associates can come through and scan the bar codes to see if it needs to be brought down on the lower shelves. I'm a former Walmart associate. Having the labels backwards makes it faster to scan.

Careful with combining lysol and clorox products, together they make toxic ammonium chloride fumes. When you passed by the muffin aisle I was saying in my head oo get the birthday cake muffins :)

So a tip about the top shelves in Walmart: they do that so when an associate is bringing items down from that said top shelf they can pull the right quantity and will help us know if something needs replacing. However our ordering system is automated but does help associates know if we have space on the actual shelf for them.

The gingerbread ice cream sandwiches are not for dogs lol they just have a dog on the package. My kids love them! They also have vanilla and mint trees.

Never buy the lettuce salad bags that are full of air. It's not really air. It's gas put off by the veggies. Get the bags (which you did) that are sucked in tight and flat. They are fresher than the gassy bags.

For the tea tree body wash I believe Dr.Bronner’s brand has, not always with body wash sometimes at target with the epsom salts and pamper stuff isle!

top shelf is for over stock. a box of stuff comes in 24, but only 12 of them can fit on the shelf. instead of keeping the extra 12 in back they put it on that very top shelf. saves space in back, and makes it easier to restock shelves later. also makes it easier for customers to grab....if they are really tall...

Ok I would just like to say this. As a child we ate some processed food but mom would always make homemade things within budget. You have the money to feed the kids healthy organic foods. As an adult now I suffer from so many digestive issues that now I’m looking at surgery to fix. No matter how much I try to eat healthy the damage is pretty much done. I just don’t want to see these kids have problems when they grow up. You still have a chance to change it.

Yup, tea tree bodywash is a thing. The Body Shop has an excellent range: Bodywashes, Shampoo's etc.

Just an idea or suggestion if she running out of room for stuff or need more storage. Get rid of the benches for the table . But then get the benches that has the storage underneath them so the family can sit on them but then use them for storage.

Those items are called top stocked back stock. They are “top stocked” on the top shelf so they can be restocked quickly to their respective locations below them. They are turned around backwards to have the SKU barcode facing the aisle which allows them to be quickly scanned with a hand held device.

There's only one thing I hate more than grocery shopping and that's putting it away, and I only shop for two adults and a dog. I can't even fathom having to put all those groceries away

The products at the top of the shelves are overstock. They’re not for customers to be able to reach. It’s stuff that’s already on the shelf and kept up there for employees to bring down when products are low on the shelf. It keeps items sorted and out of the back room. There put backwards on purpose to be able to see the barcode and make it easier to tell what products are getting low and need to be restocked.

Next time, Costco always has lots of great quality big multipacks of socks for super cheap! And depending on if you can get there before you need them , they usually have bulk tortillas wraps and bulk bread too ❤

Tea tree products are readily available in Australia and New Zealand. I think it's a native tree to both of these countries. You see it everywhere here. It's very good for the skin

Try any list! You down load it on your phone and it creates a grocery list. I also use Samsung food which gives you lots of meal options, a grocery list for the recipe by aisle and a meal planner. I have seven kids and it's a life saver

I have a meal you might want to try for your big family. Get the aluminum pans spray them down cooking spray put Bisquick in it and pre-cook it in the oven make two pans for your big family this is how you start off pre-cooked Bisquick scramble 20-30 eggs, can sliced potatoes drain them, breakfast sausage or hamburger, cheese. layer it like a lasagna putting cheese within the layers of the meal spray aluminum foil place in the oven for 45 minutes and you will have a breakfast quiche. I made this 15 years ago and took it to church and everybody at church enjoyed it including the preacher. I left the pan at home so when I come home I can have some but time I got home from church the pan was empty at home my brother and his family ate it and enjoyed it. hey i use to work at walmart, they have the bar codes to scan on the top shelves for the managers or whoever that comes in the morning to scan them to see how many there are and all that. its a whole "make a wall" and etc

You could buy tea tree oil and put a few drops in a body wash or shampoo and it will work just the same as buying one with tea tree already in it

Hiii. I don’t know if you will see this but I work at Walmart and the reason that the labels are like that is because it is easier for the online shoppers like me to find on the top shelf with our scanners.

Just for thought i use to work in a grocery store i never put cleaning suppiles with food cause it would smell like the cleaner thats why i would spearte into a different cart
