@@DoughertyDozen Thx for sharing. Im going to try the olive garden. Slowcook recipie on stove since i dont have a slowcooker. Inalways slowcook my bolognese sauce for hrs so should be the same. Maybe use half of bottle of dressing and rest low sodium broth for less salt?

I truly live for your grocery shopping videos because my three sons have all left the nest. I never get to go grocery shopping like I use to. And since it's just me, I can fill my shopping cart halfway full and that's all I need for the next month or two. It's truly amazing how eventually, it all changes as our children get older and leave the nest......

Wooohooo!!! ☺️ I’m excited for this! Love coming shopping with you. For the salad dressing, I usually like making my own in a jar to store away, (it’s super simple & quick!) & that way I can control the amount of everything that goes in it, the salt the seasonings, etc.

I haven problems finding low sodium type dressings too. I usually look for the brand that has the keast or adjust my serving size. Also there's always the old reliable oil and vineagar or lemon juice. Love your hauls and the Olive Garden dinner sounds interesting. Have a good week.

In south Africa we use Ina Paarman, but you can use honey, ginger and lemon with a bit of olive oil as a salad dressing.... Really tasty. Can't wait for your Easter holiday haul for the kids, hope you doing Easter baskets. We don't get coffee creamer in south Africa, looks delicious ☕

@@DoughertyDozen sometimes people do but with the weather they don't really turn out nice. The supermarket are not paying the farmers enough for there produce so they have stopped sending them we are really low on tomatoes lettuce cucumber and eggs mostly. They have started limiting people on the amounts we can get when they have them in store.

All salt potatoes are is: Mini potatoes (red or white) Boiled in lots of salt water, Then butter added

I only have 2 kids n we go through bread like crazy mostly my son cause my daughter has autism n shes on a gluten free diet it helps her plus she want eat bread anymore, i have tried giving her bread before n ahe just throws it in the floor she will not eat it at all anymore lol

I would love to have a pantry like yours , like Dash and the cat he wants one , and cannot get a cat, so me I cannot have a pantry, but because of how the price of food has gone thru roof here, your package of hamburger was around 30 dollars, I did a bad thing. I went into debt that I cannot afford ,by getting a credit card. have to do what you have to do to survive .

They only have low sodium dressings that are hard to find but I think there is a recipe if you Google a no sodium dressing you can make it from home.
