I m from Punjab but when I starting love Gujarati dishes then suddenly they add sweets in all dishes. I think this is the beautiful culture of India every state has his own style of cooking. But vada paav me bhi sweets it is out of my thoughts. My relatives moved to Gujarat in early 60’s, they made me eat sugar in Arhar ki daal. It’s been almost 20 years and I eat arhar ki daal with sugar in it.

My friend is stubborn cook 70% vegetables and I ate for 32year fully cooked like dark roasted brinjal and fully cooked potato. I m fed up this new style of 70% cooking n leaving 30% uncooked. Feeks like throwing up once a week plus other headache. Looking at this video makes time happy. Otherwise dont get stuck. Gotta to move on.

Atleast boiled potato balls completely in fresh peanut oil, over here mfriend puts in hot oil takes it out suddenly in 30seconds
