Hello sis, yes po , but it will take a long process. The tricky part will be to have a paternity acknowledged (Vaterschaftsanerkennung) and on your side, you need to make a declaration of consent (Zustimmungserklärung) and a declaration of shared custody (Sorgerechterklärung). If the Embassy want to evaluate your German language they might give you an examination on the day of your appointment (w/ absence of German Language Certificate) in some case they will require you to take examination after you arrived in Germany since Mandatory Siya for you to get a German residence permit. Hello sis, for further information po can I ask these questions. Both of you po ba are Pinoy couple? And sino po ba ang working or residence/Citezen ng Germany? If non of you po are legalized German Citizenship or your marriage was not registered in Germany, di po talaga Pwd. And Spouse Visa po ba ung balak niyo kunin? Alternative po is, Visit Visa jaan po may chance siyang mag karoon ng Visa and pag nasa Germany na siya he may ask for the extension of Visa sa Ausländerbehörde.

Hello, free po siya but that is just a normal examination but no certificate will be given, when you arrive in Germany still the Embassy will recommend you to do your real A1 language test. But nasa Consul po ang desisyon if they will be allowing you to take the examination at the Embassy since iba iba po ang case na need to consider. Salamat 😊
