Sounds like false imprison/kidnapping to me. The judge and the officer should be in jail. Officers should know when to draw the line when they are given orders that don't align with the law. Darkness comes to the light eventually. He wouldn’t have done this to a non-black, especially female, child. Even if this was a male child, it would’ve been excessive, but as a young black female, this professional, astute brother saw no other way to advise her?
