Yes mummy a pan can also make the chapatis backfire you can get a good heavy pan ya jua kali and a jiko if possible it never dissppoints .Then in the Chapo you can add cinamon ,pumpkin for flevour than the plain ones just as a touch up

Nice content my role model... Just a reminder don't add hot water while preparing the dough use warm water to avoid it precooking ,this makes them not to cook well, you will notice this when they cool
