We want to make sure that you have access to highly qualified care whenever you need it from day to day, and also as you go through life. All patients are seen by appointment and we try to stay as close to schedule as possible. If you need to cancel an appointment, please let us know as soon as you can, and at least 24 hours in advance.
After hours, one of our FamilyCare physicians is always on call. Just call the office. In case of a life-threatening emergency, go to the nearest emergency room, and have the hospital contact us. If you need a referral from us to see a specialist, and it's not an emergency, we need at least 48 hours notice.
Billing and Insurance Information:
FamilyCare Associates works with many PPOs and HMOs, and most insurance companies. Check with our office when you make your appointment to verify that we participate with your health care plan. You can get updated practice information by calling 443-849-2707.
Please bring your membership card at the time of your visit. We will gladly bill your insurance company directly for our office services. Co-payments and deductible payments are expected at the time of service. Self-paying patients should pay in full at the time of the visit. We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards at the office.
