I have been following your channel for a couple of years now, but haven't watched all the videos. I need to go and clean up my tree and can't wait to go through and use your tips to do that!! 😊 15,000+ names 😮
Aww... glad you're a long time viewer. As you clean up your tree, be sure to ask lots of questions or simply keep me informed of your progress. It fills my cup to know I'm helping folks.
Thank you very much for this video. I think I have watched it at least five times by now as I was a bit confused about how to connect sources with the relevant tags to my events in the "Detail" section of the "Person" page. After watching your video, I finally realized that the relevant events have to be first constructed in the "Person" page before going to to the "Sources" tab to do the tagging. Whew, your video was a lifesaver here!
Thanks so much for the feedback. I get really discouraged when videos don't performed as well as expected. So these comments make all the difference in the world.
Hello, I saw a video if you from roots tech but don’t remember which and wanted to know if you can help me. It was when you took a picture with the owner of Bella Italia services do you know which video I’m talking about?
I really wish that the tagging were automatic when attaching a census source and adding a residence fact. Adding an extra step makes it much less likely people will take the time to do it.
I see your point and would like that as well. i also know that the site as been collecting user data for over 10 years now, so there has to be a way to link the past content.
I have a source it is my Great-Grandfather's obituary. This source is listed as unfinished Also, the people in the obituary are listed with their own obits. The PID is KGC8-1PD and continues through his grandchildren. HELP

I have a question for you or your husband. If the majority of Black Americans have European mixture/admixture in their DNA, and 35% of Black American men reportedly have a European haplogroup, why doesn't nearly all Black Americans have a European haplogroup, since the majority have European mixture/admixture? Thanks in advance.
