Wanna make the easiest Akbar Mashti Ice Cream?? Collect the following list of ingredients and combine!
- 56 oz of vanilla ice cream
- 2 Tbsp saffron water
- 1/4 cup rose water
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
Allow your ice cream to partially melt so that mixing is easier. Add one ingredient at a time, folding everything in one at a time. Pop it back in the freezer for 2-3 hours to allow it to set.
