Hirosaki Park (also known as Takaage Park, Takaageen) is a park located in the center of Hirosaki City with a total area of approximately 492,000 square meters (approximately 149,000 tsubo).
The site is originally based on Hirosaki Castle, which was the residence of the Tsugaru family, who ruled the Hirosaki domain with 100,000 koku of land during the feudal period.

Ogata Village, Minamiakita District, Akita Prefecture
Rapeseed flowers bloom for 11 kilometers along the prefectural road that runs through Ogata Village. Many people visit every year. The contrast with the cherry blossoms and black pines that are also planted along the prefectural road is wonderful, and is a feast for the eyes of drivers.
The best time to see them is about a month from late April. In addition to Nanohana Road, Ogata Village has a total area of 11.2 hectares of rapeseed flowers blooming, and when they are in full bloom in early May, it is crowded with people.

The Japanese National Flower Garden was built in April 1970 to commemorate the visit of Emperor Showa and Empress to Europe, the 100th anniversary of the establishment of Akita Prefecture, and the construction of the integrated school building of Ikawa Elementary School. It took two years to plant trees, and it is an academically valuable park, one of only a few in the country. When Their Majesties the Emperor and Empress visited Europe, cherry blossoms of the same variety as those sent to seven European countries were also planted.

The castle ruins were built by Mitsushige, the head of the main castle, Buzen, as a castle with earthworks and trenches without using stone walls, and was developed as a historical park during the Taisho era. The Cherry Blossom Festival and Azalea Festival are held in spring, and the area is crowded every year. The park includes Tsurumai Onsen, a heated pool called ``Yuikan'', and a rest facility called ``Honmaru-no-Yakata''.

The 1,170 cherry blossoms in Senshu Park were planted in 1892 with donations from the Yushukai, headed by Ujijuku Hanyu, who later became the second mayor of Akita. It comes from a book.
There are currently about 700 trees planted in the park, and it is visited by many tourists as one of Akita City's most famous cherry blossom viewing spots, and has been loved by local residents for a long time.
In 1990, it was selected as one of the ``Top 100 Cherry Blossom Spots'' by the Japan Cherry Blossom Association.

Seishi Park, a place for citizens to relax, is one of the prefecture's most famous cherry blossom viewing spots. The combination of 1,000 Yoshino cherry trees covering the sky, the calm waters of Kannon Lagoon and Takeshima Lagoon, and Mt. Chokai looking up is a perfect combination. The view is so spectacular that it was selected as one of the 30 new sightseeing spots in Akita in 1978.
