So many people talking about waste need to think about something. When your cooking at home you do waste very small amounts of food. But when you compare it to the size of the food you cooked it’s minuscule. Same thing is happening here except that this is on a much much much larger scale
Do they really throw away that much amount of the fillings (especially cheese) that pours out of the waffle or is it just for advertising reasons in this video?
Cooking for high volume mass production is very very different from mid to fine dining restaurant and personal at home cooking even for a large family. When you compare it to the ratio of food produced it’s not very much
What would have been nice is them noting what they are putting into the recipe. Even if not exactly on certain seasonings / spices… but this would have been helpful if someone would like to make at home somewhere else in the world.
