Well, what can I say. First of all, that was probably the most fantastic piece of precision marching from a band that I have ever seen. I am sorry to say that I have never heard of the Fightin' Texas Aggie Band, as I am in the UK and it never features on our TV. As a lover of all things military, especially the British military bands of His Majesty`s Royal Marines and the many Guards bands of the British army, as well as the Royal Air Force bands, this video popped into my suggestion box just now and I am so glad it did. Total respect to every single member of the band, for their flawless performance and to the genius, who worked out those complex drill movements. What I can`t believe is that the video has had 16,000 views and only 270 `likes`. Well here`s another 1,000 `likes` from me. Fantastic.
Carlo. I couldn`t find that exact video but have now looked at many of the Texas Aggie Band videos, including the 4-way cross, which was simply amazing. I am now a total fan of this kind of US marching band and we have nothing like it, in the UK.
Dave, we have a real tradition of military style marching here in Texas. If you want to see a couple of good grade school age bands, look up Kingwood High School and Atascocita High School bands. They are both quite good.
@@CurtisL8.3066 Thanks Curtis, I will do that. I am amazed by the whole thing and I am sad that it has taken me so long to discover this great part of American life and tradition.
The Bass Horn Extraction hasn't been seen in years!! It was awesome to experience and hear it in person this weekend!! Our son was excited to be a part of it as a Jr Bass Horn. Thanks for posting!! We still haven't lost a half-time!! Whoop!!
absolutely fantastic! i will never tire of watching the Aggie Band perform, and props to you, good sir (or madam), for the outstanding video recording! the sound was captured quite well enough, and you did a great job zooming in/out while keeping everything in frame. thank you, thank you, thank you!
It’s a life changing experience! I am from Texas, so maybe, I am just looking to be proud of my state of origin l, but this is off the rails! I don’t think I’m being biased here!
I've watched them my whole life the very very best bar none, everytime I think they can't ne better they do what an honor to watch them. FIGHTING Texas Aggie Band Gig'em
I love watching marching bands…they were “exceptional”! Reminds me of my old high school marching days…a lot of work, but in the end, “exceptional” performance 🙌🏽❤️
Baritone, White Band, This great drill stirred up some fine old band chemistry and some sad football chemistry. 1959 my fish year, we lost six out of six conference games. But we won ten halftimes. RC '63.
Always enjoy this impressive march routine. What I like also about this massed band is that it usually plays lesser known marches by American bandmasters. No Sousa for a change!
Good job Y’all tore it up Band Bravo Bravo 🤩👏🏾 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾🔥🔥 P.S. I want to also add that I get chill bumps every time the band play the noble men of Kyle. Combined with the marching and performing they really show out with that Entertaining, what a smooth Band🤩🏆🙌🏾 P.S. I can’t tell you how many times I rewind and watched again on the part of the breakdown of the noble man of Kyle, wow I couldn’t control the goosebumps Man that was sharp, they broke it down with swagger and taste, break it down then Texas Aggie band.🤩✨🫵🏾✨.
Can you imagine the time spent planning, designing and put it into the computor. THEN comes the part of passing all that planning onto the band and teaching them.
That’s a hard working band The best half time performance as usually by the nationally known TEXAS AGGIE BAND MORE POWER TO YOU BAND 💪🏾 P.S. THIS BAND GOT SWAGGER,ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY PLAY THAT NOBLE KING SONG THIS BAND IS KING 🤴🏽 👑 🔥🔥🔥💯👏🏾
Only the Fightin' Texas Aggie Band could make the sousaphone as cool as this! This was an awesome performance. No, I was not a member of the band, but I'm an Aggie Class '79. We may get "outscored" on the football field, but we always win at halftime! Gig'em, Aggies!
Words can't describe the great performance of a marching band. Just one suggestion. Before running of the field. Have someone play the Calvary Charg. . . . I'm an old U.S. Army Vet. 1/8th Calvary Ft. Hood. Tanks 🎺 🤠👍
Ole Miss Rebel fan here. Didn’t make this game, but the Aggies brought their band to Oxford on their first visit as an SEC member. I had never seen such a performance! Outstanding! Glad to have your university in the conference.
This is sooooo beautiful!! So in sync with the whole band and music!! A FLAWLESS performance!!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Having to watch it over and over and it never gets old!! Thank you for this gorgeous performance and great entertainment!!💗💗💗
