Uncountable number of temples were built throughout the ages in the cities and villages of Bengal. Sometimes they tell the stories of centuries and sometimes they glow with the architecture and art forms imparted by the unknown artisans of that time. Bhabaghure Dipanjan is presenting here part by part those temples with their histories attached. Here in Part 1 five temples are covered namely Siddheswari Temple of Ambika Kalna, Anadamoyee Temple of Somra Bazar, Raghu Dakat Kalibari in Magra, Sarbamangal Kalibari of Bardhaman and the Hathka Kali Mandir of Itanda near Bolpur Santiniketan.
