I love how you hear both perspectives on this song. It's really tragic because you can tell that not only is the girl angry and sad that the protagonist killed her boyfriend, she feels betrayed and heartbroken because she genuinely enjoyed being the protagonist's friend and he had to fuck that up by letting his jealousy and mental issues get the best of him Like there's so much emotion and pain in the line "What have you done to my friend?! You are not him!"
