Life is a death sentence in reality and for some of us, it's brutal much of the time because we are descendants of sl aves and lack equal opportunities and resources despite society gaslighting equality speeches. Also playing catch up is taxing and being surrounded by impending doom and crime in our hoods and losing endless loves ones and friends by a young age stains our soul. It's the same reason that Tyson smokes nonstop. Life is a gift but it doesn't mean that we shouldn't get lifted to ease the pain. Pain requires medicine. Overindulging is unhealthy but so is too much of anything including sugar food alcohol sex etc. it's a risk with everything and everyone is a liar who says that life is unilateral. Therapy comes in many forms, some people talk to strangers on a couch 🛋️ to ease their burden, others may have to hit trees everyday all day like snoop to get through. Others are functional addicts like Diddy and most professional people that you see 👁️ everyday including your doctors and lawyers are functional addicts full of coffee ☕ sips of wine and adderallls guaranteed. Almost no one is truly sober if you break the word down. If you are good for you but just know you're surrounded by functional addicts everywhere you go.
