Dr Foster Conducted the North Carolina H.S. Symphonic Band at Greenville N.C. in 1984. I had the pleasure of meeting him and playing for him. he was incredible!!! My band Director Levi Gaillard was one of his students in the early 70's Sousaphones. They both are in heaven Rejoicing and talking about their past. R.,I P.
