Welcome back FAMU! Entertainment is starting to come back to the field with creative show ideas and finally GOOD DANCE ROUTINES at the end rather than just blowing loud ass notes on the side that most band are doing now. Both FAM and Southern did their thing on the field I loved both! These are the HBCU halftime battles I'm use to seeing vs stand and gym battles. I only wish the bands would stay on the sidelines and watch the other bands entire show like back in the day.Good job FAMU...still one of my favorite bands...#TEAMMEAC
ThePaul641 they aren’t disqualified for putting their horns on the ground. That’s their way. Have always done it for maximum dancing effects! And I’m not a SU guy before you go there.
@@andrewwilson6038 I don’t think any football teams are respectful. At my high school game when the band was marching in, because of COVID we had to sit behind the field goal and they would only practice kicking when we were marching in. They were hitting us with the footballs. Then they yelled at us to get off the field DURING our halftime show.🤦🏾♂️
Nice songs on field but something was missing..Guess I’m just use to swac bands.. I liked the good times song to end it tho.. slight edge to SU a little cleaner show...
@@3ptmre Obviously your hearing is skewed because the Jukebox never sounds "horrible" even when they are learning a song but you have a great day too. Opinion are like.... well you know the rest
@@duece2K5 Iove them both. I'm 45 and when both bands were at their best it was a toss up. FAMU had that beautiful symphonic sound while SU had that raw clean power. It's all personal opinion. However, no other schools in the HBCU has either bands legacy.
