During the episode, I joked that we'll see if we get renewed for a season 27. Long time fans of the show will know this has been a regular joke at the end of each season, but with the recent change in focus of content at SCG, I can understand how some people might take this a bit more seriously. We currently have no plans to end the show and will be back with a season 27. I'm sorry if that caused any confusion.

Watching Corey discover what makes Commander so great was such a pleasure to watch this season. And he was such a good sport the whole season with coming in last basically every time. I would love to see more of him in the future even when Justin comes back. And I do miss me some Justin. I hope he's doing well.

Anyone else just start fast forwarding through the episodes in hopes that life totals get updated?

Corey is obviously an incredibly talented and intelligent player but while watching this season I couldn’t help but notice him legitimately becoming a better MTG player while sitting next to Stephen quasi mentoring him through Corey’s delve into the unknown. John really, REALLY brought it this year and Jeremy as always is the cherry on top. Miss you JP, and damn good job this season, boys.

I love MTG but unfortunately hardly get the time to play. Watching "Commander Vs" over the years has allowed me a vicarious outlet to enjoy the game weekly. I typically "goldfish" some decks while watching the show in the wee hours while everyone is asleep. The idea that the show may not come back bums me out a lot. I'm hoping that it does return, but if it does not I'd like to thank the cast, crew, and fans for all the great memories over the years. Each player brought their own style and personality each week and I feel as if I got to know everyone, without having ever met anyone. Of everyone I felt as if my game aligned with #teamParnell the most and was sad to hear about his decision to leave the show, but I admired him more for making such a hard decision look as if it were not a decision at all. Corey stepped in this season and I have to say I am a fan. His optimism and humor was a good addition to the team. Thank you Jon Suarez for playing it tight, Stephen Green for the chaos, and Jeremy for the value decks. Again I'm hoping for a return next season, but would be amiss if I hadn't mentioned the enjoyment everyone and the show has given me on a weekly basis. BRAVO and ENCORE!

Jon! Paladia was the first commander deck I ever played, it was my buddies home brew when M19 was fresh off the press and I actually won that game and was forever hooked to EDH. Today I have 29 decks.

Love watching the banter of the group! This is why I could never get into Arena, you lose out on the “Gathering” of the game

Maelstrom Wanderer was the first commander I built. Haven't played it in 3 years. I think I'm due for an update and play it again. No combo, just value.

Great season! A tiny deck power issue on that last episode, yet a lot of fun to watch. Considering it's Corey's first season, he def deserved to get that overpower feeling we all experienced at least once! :-) That being said: You guys need to get Director Dan a proper mike! It's really hard (almost impossible) to hear him.

maelstrom wanderer was the first commander deck I ever built. The owner of the comic book store where I bought the planechase deck told me about it, at that point I'd never heard of commander. So much has changed since then but I still have a maelstrom wanderer deck.

It's like you're doing your first season. -overlay graphic in poor quality -no updates on life totals -audio witch scratches -volume on Stephens mic turned down -end of season summary from the director with no mic at all Don't know what to say about the gameplay. Maelstorm Wanderer is one of the more pub-stompier commanders, but I felt bad for Corey not doing anything all season, so I guess he deserved to have his fun. But for a fan request episode I have no idea what the other 3 decks' "cool" thing was.

Hey what about my fan request to see Stephen Green play all 4 decks and fight himself? Like that Pixar shirt where the man plays himself in chess. Make it happen! We now have the technology!

I love all the folk on this show. I miss Justin's shenanigans, but Corey brings something that I've missed since the Wes days

For next season, it would be nice to have an episode with decks that didn't come out on their first tries. Give them another chance.

How hard is it to update life totals on screen?

If the life totals aren't going to be updated I would prefer that they are removed.

So the life totals on the screen don't matter anymore - very frustrating to watch that way!

This might be the worst life total tracking yet. Why even have the totals on screen at this point taking up space. Just have facecams or something.

Having Corey have another broken deck, go completely crazy so he's the threat the entire game, hampering the guy in first place with terrible decks to give other players a shot, Jeremy having the answer but unable to do it. Yup it's the new Commander VS now. Also Director, what are you doing with the life totals???

I see a lot of comments complaining about the quality of the show and I would like to remind everyone of the 2 full years we all suffered through lockdowns where they played over spelltable and it was a mess then but we still enjoyed it. As far as entertainment you can dislike a person on the show, but if you like the others and you stop watching because of that one person, then the net result is the same. All of them no longer get to do this show if we don't support them. Clearly SCG has been doing less and less on RU-vid but this has stayed around because of the support of fans of the show. So despite some issues you have I ask that we still support them, because if we do they can use the support to continue working on the show. If not, we lose it.

Life total seems to be buggy.

Love the show, but man the life totals never changing really made it hard to watch. Makes it very hard to watch and keep up with what's going on.

You guys need to get the deck power levels back on par.. Cyc rift, mana crypt etc... these cards never used to show up. Always love the show but the best games are when there still appears to be hope the other players may come back!

its a great game - Its only Corey's first season, but it is sad that he just doesn't care about the points. Giving Jon the season win is sadface.

This is a great game that shows my issues with Maelstrom Wanderer. Even if you fill the core of the deck with not the most optimal beaters, it just does not matter as it just ramps quickly to 8 and then keeps flooping nonsense and makes it impossible to catch back up in a lot of games. Wanderer tends to crush anything not built competitively and then if not built optimally, will often lose to competitive decks making it sit in an awkward spot where most people are not happy in games where it exists.

I don’t know if it’s done beforehand, but there should be a comparison of the deck’s power levels. Maelstrom Wanderer is such a generically powerful card/commander compared to what everyone else is doing…

I haven't watched Commander VS in a while. Sad to see Justin away from the table. Never enjoyed Green and his whining. I'm sure Corey is a nice guy but his voice is irritating. I'll check back next year.

Well after a whole season I think I can safely say Corey doesn’t fit this play group. To much energy.

Do they just not change the life totals anymore? This show is becoming unwatchable, use to love this the most out of all the commander content out there aswell
