I think Pikachu deserves a Mega Evolution, Ash’s bond with Greninja was great enough to evolve without a Mega stone, so even though Pikachu isn’t at its final evolution, you would think he’d be able to Mega Evolve. Since the entire thing about Mega Evolution is the strength of the bond between Pokémon and trainer. 🤷🏻‍♀️
