@@malsa743 Well, if Yibo indeed felt disgust at the fact of fans linking him to Xiao Zhan itself, then there are two possibilities. First is that there was never anything like that between them. But then the question arises why didn't he (or Xiao Zhan, for that matter) show anything close to disgust at the time when The Untamed came out and they were together at fan meetings, concerts and interviews? Because they surely knew about BJYX by that time and that fans were linking them together as a CP. Was it because Yibo didn't really care about that at the time? Or because it was actually a part of the plan of their agencies to boost the popularity of The Untamed? Or simply because it wasn't or didn't look as bad to them as it got later and they didn't fully realise the consequences then? The second possibility would be that they really had a close relationship, whether it was friendship or something more, but had a falling out later. Yibo shouldn't have felt so strongly about that if they simply drifted apart. Disgust would be explainable if it was Xiao Zhan who made the decision that they should part/shouldn't meet anymore because his acting career was more important to him than friendship or a dangerous love. This is actually what Yibo's song 'No Sense' seems to be saying, if it is indeed about Xiao Zhan, as many fans think (well, it doesn't say the reason, but there are those words "you said that you loved me, but then you left me" - not a precise quote, this is just from my memory). The third possibility is what I mentioned in my above comment - that Yibo's disgust wasn't related to Xiao Zhan or even the fact of being linked to him itself, but was rather because of everything that happened to them as a result of BJYX fanatics linking them together in that way and was directed at those fanatics rather than at Xiao Zhan or their present/past relationship itself. That is, if Yibo's expression can even be interpreted as disgust.

@@Laura.Vanadzina I personally don't think at all that yibo feels disgust. Because there is absolutely no reason for him to feel that way. They were friends. They most probably still are even if we don't get to see that anymore. I dont if they were more than friends. They know it best. I can understand if they are just friends and feeling uncomfortable being shipped like that to this day. It's not just bjyx fault is it? The solo fans cannot tolerate them being linked together and they make sure these two doesn't get linked together publicly for work related things especially.

Yes, they looked that way, but we have no way of knowing whether they were still friendly and keeping in touch in private, or not, as, after the infamous 227 incident/scandal in the beginning of 2020, they were actually prohibited from meeting or showing up in public together.
