honestly, i don't think it's that they don't love him enough it's just more people love the others more. every single member of bts is loved by their fans, ARMY but some individuals eventually receive more love than others. this creates a bias basically. jungkook is most likely favored because he is as people call him "the golden maknae" doted on for skill, talent, etc etc so obviously because of the positive praise he'll experience a rise in popularity. jimin is as he's introduced himself as during their more debut days "sexy and wild" and many of those in ARMY are beginning to agree so he is also rising in popularity, especially since he gives a lot of fan service (abs, sexy poses, cutesy poses, etc etc) depending on a group members exposure, personality, etc they'll experience more "love" from fans. but every group member is never truly "under loved" since all of their fanbase, in this case ARMY, love them.
