They should have had sex at that moment instead of the ending. We could have had a short timeskip with Mira being about to reveal Spear that she was pregnant right before the fire demon arrived, then she could have revealed it while her and Fang stayed by Spear's side as he peacefully passed away, knowing he managed to protect his family this time.

This instantly shows the babies personality, the son is very persistent and keeps going in while the daughter just learns from view and figures it out. Very very cute! 🥰

This scene is funny, cute and really shows the personality of the children. The Boy is persistent and....well a derp. The girl is patient, and obviosuly more intelligent. Notice how she shakes off the ater and the boy doesnt. Cute moments but also subtle character building

A nice touch it was the red head that was hit by an arrow the previous causing it to be more cautious. Thus it did run head first in to the water over and over again since it knew what pain could await it if something went wrong.

At 2:13, I think Spear is expressing gratitude to whatever force or deity that Mira's praying to. Spear's need of a greater purpose was also seen in his fascination with religion. He showed a particular interest in Mira's worship of the moon, started praying to it in "Dawn of Man", and after everything they all went through, if there's a moon god Spear's saying to it: "Thank you".

Something that I like about Spear and Mira's relationship is a certain resemblance to walle and eva where walle almost always said eva to express himself with her the same with Spear when he said Mira to express himself with her. On the other hand, after hearing Gendy's latest statements, the truth is that there is a lot of potential for Spear to return and to have more development with Mira in passing to explore what was seen in season 1

Me too but I can't see it continuing. Spear is dead but his legacy lives on and Fang has safely protected her offspring. I think the creator himself stated that Spear and Fangs story is done.

@@aced3657 yeah I think a video game of primal would kill the validity of primal. Primal is one of those rare shows where you cant keep building on once the story is finished otherwise you risk wrecking it. The ending was good but not perfect as Spear ended up dying in the end. I'm just glad Fangs offspring survived and Spear's legacy lives on in his new daughter.

I love how three people spear, Mira, and Fang All have lost something or someone that they loved in the beginning of the show which was painful for all of them, they all began to survive and fight the people who took away their loved ones by the end they all gain something back fang got her kids back mira has a home and a child by her and spear & finally spear has the family he lost back

Really was like watching birds fledge. You had one that absolutely WANTED to learn but didn't really understand the whole "floating" thing, and the other, more cautious, that figured it out all on her own! If you've had the pleasure of watching baby birds taking that first great leap out of the nest, you'll sometimes see exactly this sort of behavior. Even at this early stage, they show different personalities!

Could've gone after some food at sundown. The humans hold the babies down and stop them from spooking a llama (or whatever), while Fang stalks and kills it. Teaches the kids the importance of being stealthy without missing too many meals.
