Holy hell did I cry when that game shut down, this was just amazing. I put hours and years into this game, I had everything this was my connection to the series for the longest time because I could get any consoles to play at the time.

One thing I didn't like about the original is that certain creatures could only be purchased with the dollar currency. While there were in-game method(s) to obtain dollars, players most likely had to purchase an Apple Gift Card (spending actual money) in order to obtain enough currency to get these creatures. I was in high school when the original game came out & couldn't get a job because I was either too young or had to focus on my school work. I really hope this remake fixes this issue & makes it so you don't have to spend actual money in order to get certain creatures.

im so fucking excited for this genuinly, this fed so much into my jurassic park obsession as a kid, the aquatic and glacier park installments were so insanely cool i really cant wait to not just wach but witness how this develops. sm love for the people making tvis possible❤

Oh man I remember playing this in 2015 and 2016. There was a glitch and it was amazing. When I woke up in the morning I would get the free pack of cards that would either be food for the animals or money to buy stuff, and I would turn off my Wi-Fi on my phone and it would refresh and I would have another pack of cards and then I would turn the Wi-Fi back on and it would refresh and I'd have another pack of cards and I literally would sit there every morning while I was cooking breakfast and getting ready to go to the gym before work just turning my Wi-Fi on and off over and over and over and I would get card after card after card after card after card of all this free shit. So I would have like 800,000 plants 800,000 meats 300,000 coins 5 or 600 dolalrs so I had the highest level T-Rex that you could get I had the highest level pretty much everything that you could get. Eventually I would have to go about my day, and once I closed the app it would stop refreshing but literally every single morning I would do this I probably got thousands of dollars in real money worth of free crap for this game.and then one day the app updated and I lost the ability to do it so I stopped playing hahaha

I used to play this at my grandparents house after school like 12 years ago. One of my first video games I think, along with My Singing Monsters and Carnivores 2 and Ice Age. I always ran out of money and restarted. Lots of good memories from then, before JW, like getting TLW, JPIII, and Beyond Jurassic Park on DVD at the library every month (I only owned the first one when I was young). Didn’t realize this game was shut down until like 2021, because for a couple years, I wasn’t into JP anymore. Pretty sad, not because it was a great game, but just good memories.

oh my gosh i’ve never felt like i needed something i forgot about. I usually just play Ludia’s jurassic world game so i forgot about this masterpiece

one of my favorite games as a kid is zoo tycoon 2 who funny enough had a dinosaur dlc and a marine dlc wich was awesome and i love if someone would make a remake of that classic game and some of the music was a banger and it had a first person as well

This game was better than Jurassic world the game in my opinion

I still find it wild that 10 years ago was part of some people’s childhood… Also weird to imagine childhood involving games on a phone that aren’t Tetris…. Man I feel old. Personally I’m not familiar with the game, though I think I did get my first smartphone at around the time it came out… Also I love the text block at the end. Long live cryptids. I don’t think I have a favorite, I don’t know enough to say that I do, but personally I’m also a fan of mythological creatures that may or may not have been partly inspired by misinterpretation of fossils (gryphons, cyclops) because I think it’s fun to think about. I also have my fingers crossed that the all-important centerpiece for the “secret channel” remains intact and functional and behaves well for you! I am so excited to see it and whatever you plan to do with it!

That intro clip blasted me with nostalgia it's actually insane lmao. Reminds me of other old playthroughs of yours I still love, like Alien Isolation and The Solus Project. I still remember watching those when I was in middle school and I still rewatch them from time to time. Still can't believe the Solus Project is already like 8 years ago too...

I was literally talking a couple hours ago about how i really missed this game, and how they should bring it back. I then decided to watch some gameplay of it when i came across this video. I am really happy that someone is remaking the game.

I was 6 years old during the first Jurassic park builder episode and Every time I got home from school I would rush my homework so I could play Jurassic park builder until I had to go to bed. I was so gutted when the servers closed down for Jurassic park builder

I played that game for so long, it shutting down was such a shame. Glad to see it slowly being brought back to life

not even gonna lie, ive been finding myself more and more often looking for ways to play the good old mobile games like jpb and tiny dino world. So glad to see this project coming to life

What I like about JP Builder in hindsight is that it kind of marked the end of a era. It and maybe JP: The Game where the last bits of Jurassic media to come out before Jurassic World was even conceived. And so they were really the last things in the Jurassic franchise that was distinctly “Jurassic Park”. I will miss those times.

This is great maybe I'll be able to finally get all the dinos, last I remembered I was pretty far in aquatic Dinos and not that far in the ice age stuff,make me want to watch your series again

I miss this game so much. I can’t wait to see what the developers do and I’ll probably wait to play the game when it’s further along.

I hope they add more features to this game overall, to help flesh it out some. They combined aspects from JW:TG into Builder like the booster packs which was a nice thing since it can give someone more goodies over time for one, and getting a pack for dino battles would be great. It'd be nice to have dino battles in general get an overhaul, as I would like for early game dinosaurs to have better stats that would be more appropriate for a given animal. A brachiosaurus shouldnt be bodied by a pteranodon for example, or at least not so easilly. Give the sauropods high HP to offset low HP if they're supposed to be weaker overall, dont nerf all the animals based on their aquisition order.

I've never been a big fan of Jurassic Park Builder, I played a bit to it but now I would love so much to play to this game. Now that I know that it will be possible to play it again,I'm like... euphoric! I'm sure that my JPB fan friend will love watching this video😄

This game is part of my nostalgic childhood. I love it but I think they should have made a function in the game where you could expend one dinoaurs paddoc (it grows bigger) when you have them a lot in one so goes to the rest.
