You're a BOSS!! I'm a retired RN and have often wondered if you and other "eaters" would consider wearing a CGM Continuous Glucose Monitor for a couple months to see what physiological response your body has. It would actually be an incredible research study for someone.🤗😘

That's probably why the challenge wasn't met, they have decent spoons to serve ice-cream but give flimsy small plastic one to eat more than average in a time frame.
